Ադրբեջանը սպառնում է Հայաստանին նոր ռազմական հակամարտությամբ» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ վերջին օրերին հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանը կրկին անհանգիստ է: Պարբերաբար հաղորդվում է կրակոցների մասին, որոնց արդյունքում կան վիրավորներ, իսկ հուլիսի 14-ին Երասխի տարածքում հայ զինվոր է սպանվել: Հայաստանում նախընտրական քարոզարշավի ընթացքում սահմանների սրման որոշակի թուլացում կար, բայց հիմա, կարծես, ամեն ինչ վերադառնում է հնին: Ի՞նչն է դրա պատճառը։ Վերջերս Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հանդես է եկել հաղթականորեն ագրեսիվ հայտարարությունների հերթական խմբաքանակով և բավականին զվարճալի միտք արտահայտել, որ, համաձայն նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության 9-րդ կետի, բոլոր փախստականները պետք է վերադառնան իրենց բնակավայրեր:

Հետևաբար, շարունակել է Ալիևը, ադրբեջանցիները կտեղափոխվեն իրենց պատմական տարածքները՝ Սյունիք, Սևան և Երևան: Դա, այսպես ասած, հռետորաբանության ոլորտից է: Սահմանային գոտում աստիճանական լարվածության վրա ավելի մեծ ազդեցություն է ունեցել Ալիևի հայտարարությունը, որ Բաքուն պատրաստ է Երևանի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքել, բայց Երևանը դեռ պատրաստ չէ դրան: Խնդիրն այն է, թե ի՞նչ ի նկատի ունի Ալիևը խաղաղության պայմանագիր ասելով: Եթե նա խնդրում է, որ Երևանը ճանաչի Արցախի կարգավիճակը Ադրբեջանի կազմում, հանձնի Ադրբեջանին մի շարք սահմանամերձ գյուղեր, ապահովի Ադրբեջանը Նախիջևանի հետ կապող տրանսպորտային միջանցքների գործունեությունը և, միևնույն ժամանակ, ինքը շարունակի «դատել» ռազմագերիներին, որոնք վաղուց պետք է հանձնված լինեին Հայաստանին, ապա պետք չէ հույս դնել նման համաձայնագրի ստորագրման վրա:

Այնուամենայնիվ, ուշագրավ է, որ Ալիևը չի ասում, թե ինքը Երևանից ազդակներ է ստանում Փաշինյանի կողմից նման համաձայնագիր չստորագրելու մասին, կամ որ նրանք տարբեր պատկերացումներ ունեն դրա բովանդակության վերաբերյալ: Ալիևն ասում է, որ Երևանը ուղղակի «պատրաստ չէ»: Այսինքն, եթե հավատանք Ալիևին, ապա նրա հայ գործընկեր Փաշինյանը դեմ չէ այդ ամենին, բայց ուղղակի դեռ «պատրաստ չէ»: Ըստ ամենայնի, սահմաններին ավելի հաճախակի դարձած սադրանքները նպատակ ունեն «նախապատրաստել» ժողովրդին համաձայնագրի կնքմանը:
