Դերասան, սցենարիստ Վարդան Պետրոսյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրառում է արել՝ մտահոգություն հայտնելով Պետական կամերային երաժշտական և Պարոնյանի անվան երաժշտական կոմեդիայի թատրոնների հնարավոր միավորման վերաբերյալ:
Նա նշել է, որ իր կարծիքը հույժ անձնական է և գրել․
«Մշակույթի նախարարությունը, կամ, ավելի ճիշտ` ԿԳՄՍ-ը, օպտիմալացման քաղաքականության լույսի ներքո, որոշել է Երևանի պետական կամերային երաժշտական թատրոնը միացնել Երևանի Հակոբ Պարոնյանի անվան պետական թատրոնի հետ։
Երկու տարբեր ստեղծագործական, գեղարվեստական, գեղագիտական, կարգապահական ավանդույթներ ունեցող թատերախմբերի միաձուլումը կարող է պատուհաս դառնալ թատրոնի համար՝ այն դարձնելով մշտական կռիվների ու վեճերի թատերաբեմ, գումարած` որ ուղղակի կփակվի ևս մի թատրոն` պետության կողմից հովանավորվող մի արվեստի օջախ։ Արդյունքում, մեկի տեղը կկորցնենք երկու թատրոն։ Այսպես, մի կրակոցով սպանում ենք երկու նապաստակ։
Այս որոշման իրագործումը ցավալի հետևանքներ կունենա երկու թատրոնի համար միաժամանակ ու կբերի անդառնալի, հերթական, մշակութային կորստի` մեր թատերական կյանքում։
Կոչ եմ անում համապատասխան գերատեսչությանը` հետ կանգնել այս որոշումից և վստահեցնում, որ խնդրի կարգավորման համար կարելի է գտնել բազմաթիվ այլ լուծումներ»։
