POLITICSԻնչպես արդեն հայտնել ենք, այսօր Արշակ Կարապետյանն ազատվել է ՀՀ ԶՈւ գլխավոր շտաբի պետի առաջին տեղակալի պաշտոնից և նշանակվել ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ։

Նշենք, որ 2016–ին Արշակ Կարապետյանը ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի հետախուզության վարչության պետ էր։ Ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրամանագրով նա ազատվեց աշխատանքից՝ պատերազմի ժամանակ հետախուզության կողմից թույլ տրված լուրջ բացթողումների պատճառով։
