«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Մի քանի օր առաջ ՀՀ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանի հրամանագրով Ձյունիկ Աղաջանյանը հետ կանչվեց Ինդոնեզիայում, Մալայզիայում եւ Սինգապուրում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպանի պաշտոնից: Այս հետկանչը ոմանց զարմանք պատճառեց, քանի որ Աղաջանյանը 1992 թվականից արտաքին գործերի համակարգում է, փորձառու եւ հմուտ դիվանագետ է համարվում, տարբեր երկրներում է աշխատել, 2011-2018 թվականներին եղել է Նիդերլանդներում ՀՀ դեսպանը, իսկ 18-ից՝ ասիական երկրներ է գործուղվել։ Մենք տեղեկացանք, որ նրա հետկանչը տառացիորեն մի քանի օրվա մեջ է որոշվել։

Բանն այն է, որ ՀՀ դեսպանները փակ չաթ ունեն, որտեղ շփվում են միմյանց հետ։ Այս չաթում՝ պատերազմից հետո, բուռն քննարկումներ են ընթացել, եւ Ձյունիկ Աղաջանյանը մեղադրել է գործընկերներին՝ տղամարդ դեսպաններին՝ լռելու, հայրենիքին դավաճանելու, իրենց ընդվզումը չհայտնելու համար։ Անցել է տեւական ժամանակ, եւ, մեզ հասած տեղեկություններով, ինչ-որ մեկն ուշացումով մատնել է Աղաջանյանին՝ ԱԱԾ-ի ուշադրությունը հրավիրելով դեսպանի պահվածքի վրա եւ տրամադրելով չաթում ծավալված խոսակցությունը։ Դրան հաջորդել է ԱԳՆ կադրերի բաժնի մի շարքային աշխատակցի զանգն Աղաջանյանին, թե պատրաստվեք ռոտացիայի, եւ տառացիորեն 2 օրվա ընթացքում դեսպանը հետ է կանչվել։

Չնայած ԱԳՆ-ում կադրերի նշանակման, նաեւ՝ դեսպանների, մեծ սղություն կա, եւ գործող իշխանությունը չի կարողանում այդ բացը լրացնել, բայց այլախոհ դեսպանին մի օր անգամ թույլ չեն տվել մնալ, որ արարողություններ անի եւ դեսպանընկալ երկրի պաշտոնական շրջանակներին հրաժեշտ տա»:
