Հ1-ի եթերում, պաշտպանության նախարարի նախկին տեղակալ, իշխող քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի ցուցակով ընտրություններին առաջադրված Գագիկ Մելքոնյանը խոսում է բանակի՝ քաղաքական գործընթացներին մասնակցելու անթույլատրելության մասին։

Սա այն նույն զինվորականն է, որ 2008-ի ընտրական գործընթացների ժամանակ ՊՆ փոխնախարար էր ու միացավ քաղաքական գործընթացներին։

Առհասարակ զավեշտի նմանվող հարցազրույց էր։ 5 րոպեի ընթացքում, այս պերսոնը նախ խոսում է այն մասին, որ Ադրբեջանը սահմանային բախումներով փորձում է պատերազմ վերսկսել, ապա հերքում լայնամասշտաբ գործողությունների հավանականությունը։

Մեղադրում ՌԴ-ին նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ փաստաթղթի դրույթների չկատարման, ՀԱՊԿ անգործության համար, ապա նշում, որ Հայաստանը պատրաստ է պատերազմին, որովհետև իր կողքին ՌԴ-ն է։

Վերջին պատերազմից, դրա մասնակիցներից խոսում է մի մարդ, ով ողջ պատերազմին թիկունքում «Հաղթում ենք» ոճի մեջ հայտարարություններ էր անում, ամեն օր հայտարարում մի քանի հարյուր ադրբեջանցիների ոչնչացման, «գետաշենների, շահումյանների» ազատագրման տեղեկատվական գծի մեջ հայտարարություններ հնչեցնում՝ պարզ ասած կեղծիքի տարածմամբ էր զբաղված։

Հանրությանն էլ ուզում է ապացուցել, որ իրենց դեպքում կապիտուլյանտ բնորոշումը ճիշտ չէ, որովհետև ՀՀ-ն չենք կորցրել, մեզ չեն թելադրում, թե ինչ անենք և ոնց անենք։

Այսինքն՝ Արցախի 75%-ի կորուստը իրենց համար էական չէ, նույնիսկ նոյեմբերի 9-ի փաստաթղթով չնախատեսված բնակավայրերի հանձնումը օրինաչափ էր։

Դեռ չեմ խոսում այն մասին, որ ՀՀ տարածքի Խոզնավար-Սոթք հատվածում ադրբեջանցիները մինչև 3.5 կմ ներթափանցում են ապահովել՝ օկուպացրել ՀՀ սուվերեն տարածքը։

Սրանց համար մարդկային զոհերը զրո արժեք ունեն։

Մի բան էլ. ասում է՝ դե թող ընդդիմությունը գա ասի, թե ոնց անենք, որտեղից սկսենք։ Դե ուրեմն թուղթ ու գրիչդ վերցրա ու արի, որպեսզի ասեմ, թե ինչ չեք արել, որ պետք է անեիք։

Այսքանով իհարկե Մելքոնյանի աբսուրդային մեկնաբանությունները չեն ավարտում։ Սա Սյունիքում տեղի ունեցող ձերբակալությունները հիմնավորում է նրանով, թե իբր Սյունիքը փորձել է անկախանալ Հայաստանից, իսկ իրենք կանխել են։

Մի խոսքով, ուրախ ժամանց եմ մաղթում նրանց, ովքեր նայելու են հարցազրույցը, իսկ մի բանում պետք է շնորհակալ լինենք Գագիկ Մելքոնյանին, որ նման հարցազրույցներով, իրենցից անկախ, ներկայացնում են իշխանության ու նրա ներկայացուցիչների իրական դեմքը։
