Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության Հայաստանի տարածքային զարգացման հիմնադրամի միջոցով իրականացվող՝ «Տեղական տնտեսության եւ ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման» ծրագրի շրջանակում, ՀՀ կառավարության և Համաշխարհային բանկի ֆինանսավորմամբ` Գյումրիում սպասվում են նոր խոշոր ներդրումներ։ «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին հայտնել է ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը:

«Գյումրին բարեկարգելուն և մշակութային մայրաքաղաքի զբոսաշրջային ներուժը հզորացնելուն միտված աշխատանքները շարունակական բնույթ են կրում։ Նախատեսվում են այնպիսի աշխատանքներ, որոնք իրենց ծավալով աննախադեպ են։

Մասնավորապես` կիրականացվեն Խանջյան, Չայկովսկու, Աճեմյան, Հանեսօղլան, Ջիվանի, Տերյան և Նալբանդյան փողոցների, ինչպես նաև Հաղթանակի պողոտայի վերականգնում, Գյումրու քաղաքային Բարեկամություն զբոսայգու վերակառուցման նախապատրաստման աշխատանքներ, Սբ․ Ամենափրկիչ եկեղեցու հարակից այգու և հարող Աբովյան փողոցի` աջ և ձախ հատվածների վերականգնում։

Այս բոլոր աշխատանքների արժեքը միասին՝ նախնական գնահատմամբ կկազմի շուրջ 4 միլիարդ 300 միլիոն դրամ։

Գյումրիում «Տեղական տնտեսության եւ ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման» ծրագրի շրջանակում արդեն իրականացվել են Շիրազի, Վարպետաց, Ջիվանու, Ղորղանյան և Աբովյան փողոցների վերանորոգման աշխատանքները»,- հայտնել է Պապիկյանը։
