INTERVIEW
Ինչպես հայտնում է Past.am-ը, այսօր ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Արմեն Աշոտյանը լրագրողների հետ ամփոփել է տարին:
Ըստ նրա՝ 2015-ն աննախադեպ միջազգայնացման տարի էր: Նախարարն առանձնացնում է աշակերտների կողմից նվաճած օլիմպիական մեդալների աննախադեպ քանակը՝ 20 մեդալ: Կարևորվում է Մոսկվայի Լոմոնոսովի անվան համալսարանի երևանյան մասնաճյուղի բացումը:
Աշոտյանն առանձնակի շեշտեց Բարձրագույն կրթության եվրոպական տարածություն գագաթաժողովի և Բոլոնյան քաղաքականության ֆորումի անցկացման նշանակությունը: Past.am-ի հարցին՝ ինչ խնդիրների է բախվում նախարարությունը Բոլոնյան գործընթացի և այլ միջազգային ծրագրերի տեղայնացման հետ կապված, Աշոտյանը պատասխանեց.
«Խնդիրները շատ են: Եթե ցանկությունն ու հավատը ավելի մեծ է այդ խնդիրների բեռից, ապա գործը ստացվում է: Մեր նախարարությունն աչքի է ընկնում նրանով, որ մեզ մոտ ստացվում է անգամ առաջին անգամվանից չստացվող բաներ: Մենք մտել ենք արմատական բարեփոխումների շրջան մեր ոչ պոպուլյար ռեֆորմներով:
Որպես բժիշկ՝ ես վերցրել եմ ինձ վրա այդ քաղաքական ու մասնագիտական խիզախությունը: Դուրս ենք գրել ամենատհաճ համով, բայց ամենաօգտակար դեղամիջոցները՝ օգտագործելով ազգային և միջազգային փորձը»:
Թվարկելով միջազգային ծրագրերը՝ Արմեն Աշոտյանն առանձնացրեց ավագ դպրոցների ստեղծումը, 12-ամյա դպրոցը, ներառական կրթությունը, հակակոռուպցիոն ծրագիրը, Բոլոնիայի համակարգը, քոլեջների հզորացումը: Հարց ուղղվեց՝ ուսանողների հանրապետականացման հետ կապված:
Աշոտյանը մասնավորապես նշեց. «Համակարգը շարունակվեց մեղադրել չգործած մեղքերի համար: ՀՀ օրենսդրությունը չի խոչընդոտում մարդկանց զբաղվել քաղաքականությամբ, ունենալ քաղաքական ազատություն, մասնակցելու հանրահավաքներին, մասնակցել կուսակցական գործունեությանը, բայց աշխատանքային ժամից հետո: Այս տարի մենք ստացել են մեկ ահազանգ ուսումնական հաստատությունից` ապօրինի քարոզչության վերաբերյալ: Այդ դպրոցի տնօրենը ստացել է խիստ նկատողություն: Համակարգն իր ներսում քաղաքականացված չէ, իսկ որտեղ կա, պատժվում է»:
