INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱդրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները բուռն ոգևորությամբ են ընդունել այն հանգամանքը, որ ՌԴ֊ում կայացած Պուտին֊Ալիև երկկողմ հանդիպման ժամանակ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը ադրբեջաներեն է ողջունել Ալիևին։ Մամուլը «տոնում է»՝ դա մեկնաբանելով Ադրբեջանի շահերը սպասարկող հռետորաբանությամբ․ «Առաջին արտահայտությունը, որ Պուտինը արտասանեց Ալիևի հետ հանդիպմանը, «Eid Mubarak!» Էր: Հաջորդիվ Ռուսաստանի նախագահը հիշեց, որ գալիք տարի Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 30-ամյա հոբելյանն է։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ, դա արդեն բավական է նախագահի վերաբերմունքը բնութագրելու համար»,֊գրում է Haqqin-ը։
