Կրթության գերազանցության ազգային ծրագիրը երկարաժամկետ, բայց և լավ նախագիծ է. ԿԳ նախարար

Կրթության գերազանցության ազգային ծրագիրն իր ժամանակացուցային փուլում է: Այն երկարաժամկետ բայց և լավ նախագիծ է: Այս մասին տարեկան ամփոփիչ ասուլիսի ընթացքում նշեց ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Արմեն Աշոտյանը:
«Ինչ պետք է արվեր 2015-ին` արդեն իրականացվել է: Հատկապես Արարատյան բակալավրիատ կրթական բովանդակություն կոչվող ծրագրի վերանայումը, միջազգային հավատարմագրման գործընթացը, վերապատրաստումները: Ծրագիրը շարունակվելու է նաև գալիք տարի և արդեն դառնալու է մանկավարժների վերապատրաստման բաղադրիչը: Այս պահի դրությամբ նյութի մշակման, ուսումնական կրթական բովանդակության ստեղծման գործընթացն է գնում»,- նշեց Արմեն Աշոտյանը:
Նախարարի խոսքով` իրենք այս ծրագիրը համադրելու են Համաշխարհային բանկի նոր վարկային ծրագրի հետ:
«12 ավագ դպրոցներ ընտրվում են այս ծրագիրն իրականացնելու համար` մեկական մարզերում և երկու դպրոց մայրաքաղաքում: ՀԲ-ի հետ մենք կվերակառուցենք, կվերազինենք միջավայրը, շենքերը, սարքավորումները և այլն: Իսկ Կրթության գերազանցության ազգային ծրագրով կներդնենք բովանդակություն և պատրաստված ուսուցիչ»,-շեշտեց Աշոտյանը:
Կրթության գերազանցության ազգային ծրագրի նպատակն է կարևորել ուսուցիչների դերը հասարակության մեջ, գրավիչ դարձնել կրթության սպասավորի մասնագիտությունը, լավագույն մարդկային ռեսուրսներն ուղղել դեպի կրթություն և ձևավորել մրցունակ, առաքելության զգացողություն ունեցող ուսուցիչների համայնք: Գործընթացն իրականացվելու է մի քանի փուլով: Ծրագրով նախատեսվում է ՀՀ դպրոցներում ններդնել միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխան հայալեզու կրթական ծրագիր՝ Արարատյան բակալավրիատ (ԱԲ), և պատրաստել ԱԲ-ի որակավորմամբ ուսուցիչներ:
Ծրագրի շրջանակներում կստեղծվի ռեսուրսների հարուստ կենտրոն, որը կաջակցի Հայաստանի ողջ ուսուցչական համայնքին՝ կատարելագործելու դասավանդման բովանդակությունը և հմտությունները, կօգնի ներդաշնակեցնելու տեղական և միջազգային կրթական չափորոշիչները և տեղայնացնելու համաշխարհային լավագույն փորձը Հայաստանում:
