«Շուրջ 10 տարվա մեր պայքարը հաջողությամբ պսակվեց: Ամեն մի նման գործով պատժելու ենք Ադրբեջանին:
Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանը հրապարակել է հերթական վճիռն ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի՝ արձանագրելով, որ Ադրբեջանը խոշտանգել և ապօրինի ազատությունից զրկել է ՀՀ քաղաքացի Արթուր Բադալյանին, ով մոլորվել և հայտնվել էր Ադրբեջանի տարածքում:
Հիշեցնում եմ, որ գործը ՄԻԵԴ է ներկայացվել իմ կողմից որպես Արթուր Բադալյանի փաստաբան դեռևս 2011 թվականին իմ գլխավորած «Ռազմավարական դատավարությունների կենտրոն» իրավապաշտպան ՀԿ կազմակերպության միջոցով:
Նշված գործով Արթուր Բադալյանին շարունակել է ՄԻԵԴ-ում ներկայացնել «Ռազմավարական դատավարությունների կենտրոն»-ի փաստաբան Տաթևիկ Մատինյանը»,- գրել է նա:
