Քննարկվել են Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի՝ Արցախի դեմ օտարերկրյա ահաբեկիչների կիրառման վտանգները
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՀուլիսի 21-ին տեղի ունեցավ ԵԱՀԿ Անվտանգության համագործակցության ֆորումի (ԱՀՖ) ՀՀ նախագահության փակման նիստը: Ամփոփիչ ելույթով հանդես եկավ ԱՀՖ նախագահ, ԵԱՀԿ-ում ՀՀ առաքելության ղեկավար, դեսպան Արմեն Պապիկյանը: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից:
Իր խոսքում դեսպան Պապիկյանը նշեց, որ Հայաստանը ստանձնել է ԱՀՖ նախագահությունն Արցախի դեմ Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած պատերազմից հետո, երբ խաղաղությունն ու անվտանգությունը ԵԱՀԿ տարածաշրջանում վտանգված են: Այս առումով նա նշեց ՀՀ նախագահության գերակայությունների արդիականությունը և ընդգծեց Հայաստանի մոտեցումը, որ ԵԱՀԿ հանձնառությունների շարունակական և միտումնավոր խախտումները վտանգում են խաղաղությունը և հող նախապատրաստում ուժի կիրառման համար:
Դեսպան Պապիկյանը նշեց, որ ԱՀՖ ՀՀ նախագահության ընթացքում ԵԱՀԿ հանձնառությունների խախտումները, մասնավորապես, լայնածավալ ռազմական գործողությունները, շարունակել են վտանգել ԵԱՀԿ տարածաշրջանի, այդ թվում՝ Հարավային Կովկասի խաղաղությունը և անվտանգությունը:
Ամփոփելով Հայաստանի նախագահությունը՝ դեսպան Պապիկյանն անդրադարձավ վերջին երեք ամիսների ընթացքում կազմակերպված երկխոսություններին և քննարկումներին՝ առանձնացնելով ԵԱՀԿ շվեդական նախագահության հետ կազմակերպված համատեղ նիստն ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի թեմայով, որի ընթացքում քննարկվեցին նաև Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի դեմ օտարերկրյա ահաբեկիչ մարտիկների օգտագործման վտանգները: Ընդգծվեց, որ վստահության վերականգնման ԱՀՖ ՀՀ նախագահության գերակայության իրականացման համար անհրաժեշտ է դրսևորել քաղաքական կամք Հելսինկիի համագործակցության ոգուն համահունչ, և որ ներկայիս անվտանգային ճգնաժամի հաղթահարումը պահանջում է ոչ միայն խոսքեր, այլ նաև գործեր: Նա կարևորեց անկեղծ երկխոսությունը եվրոպական միասնական և անբաժանելի անվտանգության հարատև ապահովման առումով, ինչպես նաև ուժի կամ ուժի սպառնալիքի բացառումը՝ ընդհանուր սկզբունքների և հանձնառությունների հարգման և համագործակցության խթանման առումով:
ԵԱՀԿ մասնակից պետությունները շնորհավորեցին Հայաստանին նախագահության հաջող անցկացման համար և շնորհակալություն հայտնեցին ՀՀ նախագահությանը հետաքրքիր և բովանդակալից քննարկումներ կազմակերպելու համար:
