«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ: Նկատենք, որ այդ հեռախոսազրույցը տեղի է ունենում Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի հետ հանդիպումից երկու օր անց։ Կրեմլի պաշտոնական հաղորդմամբ՝ հեռախոսազրույցը տեղի է ունեցել հայկական կողմի նախաձեռնությամբ, այնինչ ՀՀ կառավարության պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության մեջ այդ մասին հիշատակում չկա։

Կառավարության հաղորդմամբ՝ կողմերը հանգամանալից քննարկել են տարածաշրջանին վերաբերող եւ փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող հարցերի լայն շրջանակ:

Անդրադարձ է կատարվել Հայաստանի վարչապետի, Ադրբեջանի եւ Ռուսաստանի նախագահների միջեւ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների իրականացման ընթացքին, մասնավորապես՝ գերիների վերադարձի խնդրին եւ տարածաշրջանային ճանապարհների վերագործարկմանը:
Ըստ պաշտոնական Երեւանի՝ Փաշինյանն ընդգծել է խաղաղության եւ կայունության պահպանության առումով Ռուսաստանի առանցքային դերակատարումը:

Կողմերը շեշտել են ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների գործունեության կարեւորությունը: Ոչ մի խոսք այն մասին, որ Ալիեւի հետ հանդիպումից երկու օր անց է եղել խոսակցությունը՝ հայկական կողմի նախաձեռնությամբ: Կրեմլի կայքի հաղորդագրության մեջ այսպիսի մանրամասն տեղեկություններ առկա չեն, միայն ընդհանուր է տրված, թե երկու կողմերը քննարկել են փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող հարցեր ՝ առանց կոնկրետանալու Մինսկի խմբի ձեւաչափի կամ գերիների վերադարձի վրա։

Սահմանային լարվածության ֆոնին ՌԴ նախագահի հանդիպումներն ու զրույցները Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների հետ բավականին ուշագրավ են՝ հաշվի առնելով սահմանագծման աշխատանքների ակտիվացման, ռուս սահմանապահների տեղակայման եւ անկլավների հանձման մասին տեղեկությունները։ Ու տպավորություն է, որ Հայաստանից դուրս որոշում են Հայաստանի ճակատագիրը, առանց մեզ հարցնելու։
