«Մենք Ռուսաստանի հետ մոտեցումների շուրջ տարաձայնություններ չունենք»․ Ալիևը՝ Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության ու «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» մասին
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱդրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը հայտարարել է, թե Արցախի վերաբերյալ Բաքվի և Մոսկվայի դիրքորոշումները համընկնում են. «Ադրբեջանն ու Ռուսաստանը ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունն ավարտված են համարում»։
Ալիևը հայտարարել է, որ հուլիսի 20-ին Մոսկվա կատարած այցի ընթացքում ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ քննարկել է տարածաշրջանում տիրող իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ մի շարք հարցեր։
«Մենք քննարկել ենք տարածաշրջանում հետպատերազմյան իրավիճակը, այդ թվում՝ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» և հակամարտությունից հետո ընկած ժամանակահատվածը։ Մենք՝ Ռուսաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը, մոտեցումների շուրջ տարաձայնություններ չունենք․ մենք կարծում ենք, որ պատերազմն ավարտվել է, հակամարտությունն ավարտված է»,- հուլիսի 22-ին AzTV-ին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է Ալիևը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ «կարևոր է Հայաստանում կանխել ռևանշիզմի դրսևորումները և դրանից հետո տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն հաստատել»։
«Պատերազմի ռիսկերը պետք է նվազագույնի հասցվեն և վերացվեն։ Մենք այդ հարցի շուրջ Ռուսաստանի հետ տարաձայնություններ չունենք, մենք համակարծիք ենք։ Ինչ վերաբերում է «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքին», ապա ես պարոն Պուտինին տեղեկացրի, որ Հայաստանը կրկին անկեղծ չէ այդ հարցում։ Պարոն Շառլ Միշելի (Եվրոպական խորհրդի ղեկավար-խմբ․) հետ մամուլի ասուլիսում ես ասացի, որ տարածաշրջանում բոլոր հաղորդակցությունները պետք է բացվեն միաժամանակ և չպետք է կիրառվի ընտրովի մոտեցում: Բայց մենք տեսնում ենք, որ Հայաստանը հերթական անգամ ցանկանում է այստեղ ինչ-որ խաղ խաղալ»,- հայտարարել է նա՝ հավելելով, թե «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» պետք է բացվի նոյեմբերի 10-ի եռակողմ պայմանավորվածության 9-րդ կետի համաձայն։
Ընդ որում՝ Ալիևը հարցազրույցի ընթացքում անդրադարձել է նաև ՌԴ-ի հետ երկկողմ հարաբերություններին՝ ընդգծելով. «Ադրբեջանն ու Ռուսաստանը ռազմավարական գործընկերներ են»։
«Մենք իրական ռազմավարական գործընկերներ ենք, մենք երկարաժամկետ ռազմավարական համագործակցության շուրջ տարաձայնություններ չունենք։ Մենք շատ ամուր բարեկամական կապեր ունենք, և անձամբ ես պարոն Պուտինի հետ շատ մտերմիկ հարաբերություններ ունեմ։ Մենք քաղաքական գործիչներ ենք, որոնք վստահում են միմյանց․ դա շատ կարևոր է, և իմ վերջին այցի ժամանակ քննարկվել են երկկողմ համագործակցության հարցեր»,- հայտարարել է Ալիևը։
