INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱդրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւը հավաստիացնում է, որ Բաքվի եւ Մոսկվայի դիրքորոշումները Ղարաբաղի վերաբերյալ «համընկնում» են։
Նրա խոսքով՝ հուլիսի 20-ին Մոսկվա կատարած այցի ընթացքում նա քննարկել է տարածաշրջանի իրավիճակը ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ։ «Մենք քննարկեցինք հետպատերազմյան իրավիճակը տարածաշրջանում, այդ թվում Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը եւ հետհակամարտային շրջանը։ Մենք մոտեցումների հարցում տարաձայնություններ չունենք։ Մենք՝ Ռուսաստանը եւ Ադրբեջանը, կարծում ենք, որ պատերազմն ավարտվել է, հակամարտությունն ավարտվել է»,- ասել է Ալիեւը AzTV-ի հարցազրույցում։ «Պատերազմի ռիսկերը պետք է հասցվեն նվազագույնի եւ վերացվեն։ Այս հարցում մենք (Ռուսաստանի հետ) տարաձայնություններ չունենք, մենք համակարծիք ենք։ Ինչ վերաբերում է Զանգեզուրի միջանցքին, ապա ես տեղեկացրի պարոն Պուտինին, որ Հայաստանն այս հարցում նորից անկեղծ չէ։ Ես պարոն Շառլ Միշելի (Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ) հետ մամուլի ասուլիսում ասացի, որ բոլոր հաղորդակցությունները տարածաշրջանում պետք է բացվեն միաժամանակ եւ ընտրովի մոտեցում չպետք է կիրառվի։ Բայց մենք տեսնում ենք, որ Հայաստանն այստեղ հերթական անգամ ցանկանում է ինչ-որ խաղ խաղալ»,- նշել է նա։
Նա նշել է, որ Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը «պետք է բաց լինի, ինչպես եւ նախատեսված է 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 10-ի եռակողմ համաձայնագրի կետով»։
