Ադրբեջանում ևս 13 հայ ռազմագերի դատապարտվել է 6 տարվա ազատազրկման

Ադրբեջանում շարունակվել է շինծու դատական գործը ևս 13 հայ ռազմագերիների նկատմամբ: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք minval.az կայքից:

Դատարանի առաջ են կանգնել Ռաֆիկ Ռոբերտի Կարապետյանը, Գուրգեն Հովհաննեսի Գոլոյանը, Հրայր Սերյոժայի Թադևոսյանը, Վաղարշակ Մերուժանի Մալոյանը, Սասուն Սեյրանի Եղիազարյանը, Արսեն Արայիկի Վարդանյանը, Վահագն Էդիկի Բահրիկյանը, Սեդրակ Սամվելի Սողոմոնյանը, Արման Վազգենի Դիլանյանը, Մանուկ Հովհաննեսի Մարտոյանը, Մելս Կարապետի Ամբարդանյանը, Անդրանիկ Վազգենի Միքայելյանը և Ֆելիքս Արշակի Գրիգորյանը:

Դատախազը պահանջել է, որ 214.2.1, 214.2.3 հոդվածները (ահաբեկչություն, որը կատարվել է մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական դավադրությամբ, կազմակերպված խմբի կամ հանցավոր միության կողմից), 279.2 հոդվածը (զինված կազմավորումներ կամ խմբավորումներ ստեղծել Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության օրենսդրությամբ չնախատեսված ձևով, այդ կազմավորումների կազմում հարձակումը ձեռնարկությունների, հիմնարկների, կազմակերպությունների կամ անհատների դեմ) հանվեն մեղադրանքներից:

Պետական մեղադրող կողմը մեղադրյալների համար պատիժ է պահանջել 318.2 հոդվածով (Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության պետական սահմանի ապօրինի հատում մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական դավադրությամբ կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից) և 228.3 հոդվածով (զենքի ապօրինի ձեռքբերում, փոխանցում, վաճառք, պահեստավորում, տեղափոխում կամ կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից զենքի, դրա պարագաների, զինամթերքի, պայթուցիկ նյութերի և պայթուցիկ սարքերի տեղափոխում):

Դատախազը մեղադրյալների համար պահանջել է 7 տարվա ազատազրկում, ազատազրկումից  հետո` Ադրբեջանից վտարում:

Մեղադրյալների փաստաբանները դատարանին խնդրել են արդարացնել ռազմագերիներին:

Դատարանը մեղադրյալներից յուրաքանչյուրին 6 տարվա ազատազրկման է դատապարտել ընդհանուր ռեժիմի գաղութում, իսկ պատիժը կրելուց հետո նրանք անմիջապես վտարվելու են երկրից:

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էր Tert.am-ը, երեկ Բաքվի վերաքննիչ դատարանի վարչական շենքում ավարտվել է 13 այլ հայ ռազմագերիների քրեական գործով դատաքննությունը: Դատարանը մեղադրյալներից յուրաքանչյուրին 6 տարվա ազատազրկման է դատապարտել ընդհանուր ռեժիմի գաղութում, իսկ պատիժը կրելուց հետո նրանք անմիջապես վտարվելու են երկրից:
