«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Սյունիքի մարզում առկա և հնարավոր խնդիրների բացահայտման ու օպերատիվ արձագանքման ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքները համակարգելու նպատակով տարեսկզբին ստեղծվել էր միջգերատեսչական աշխատանքային խումբ, որի առաջին նիստը կայացել էր հունվարի 29-ին ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի մասնակցությամբ: Ըստ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության, խորհրդակցության ժամանակ «անդրադարձ է կատարվել ռազմական գործողություններից առաջ գոյություն ունեցած և դրանց արդյունքում ի հայտ եկած խնդիրների ողջ համալիրին, այդ թվում՝ անվտանգության ապահովման միջոցառումներին, գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքների իրականացմանը և բնակչության պաշտպանության կազմակերպմանը»։
Այն ժամանակ առաջին հայացքից թվում էր, թե սահմանային ու բազմաթիվ կենսական նշանակության այլ խնդիրների նկատմամբ գործող իշխանությունն սկսել է անհանգստանալ և փորձ է անում լուծում տալ Սյունիքի առջև ծառացած խնդիրներին։ Բայց, ինչպես մեզ հետ զրույցում նշում են սյունեցիները, իրականությունը ցույց տվեց, որ այս խումբը ստեղծվել է ոչ թե Սյունիքի խնդիրները լուծելու, այլ բացարձակ այլ նպատակներով: Մասնավորաբար, սահմանամերձ դարձած բնակավայրերը խմելու, ոռոգման ջրի, արոտավայրերի, միջհամայնքային ճանապարհների և այլ առաջնային լուծում պահանջող խնդիրներ ունեն, բայց ամիսներ շարունակ կարևոր նշանակության հարցերը մնացել են ուշադրությունից դուրս:
Գործուղումների համար կլորիկ գումարներ են դուրս գրվել, այցեր են «բեմադրվել», սակայն, ըստ սյունեցիների, մինչ օրս մարզում սահմանային խնդիրներին վերաբերող հրատապ լուծում պահանջող որևէ հարցի գործնականում ընթացք չի տրվել։ Փոխարենը պետական միջոցներով ձեռք են բերվել մոտոբլոկներ և բաժանվել են բնակիչներին։ Ընդ որում, ուշագրավ է, որ իշխանությունները դրանք ձեռք են բերել նախընտրական շրջանում ու բաժանել հենց մեկնարկած քարոզարշավի ընթացքում: Մեզ հետ զրույցում սյունեցիները հարց էին բարձրացնում՝ այս հանգամանքը արդյո՞ք չպետք է որակվի որպես ընտրակաշառք պետության հաշվին:
