ՔԿ-ն պարզում է 4 մարդու մահվան պատճառ դարձած ավտովթարի հանգամանքները
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ Գյումրի-Վանաձոր ավտոճանապարհի 22-րդ կիլոմետրի հատվածում տեղի ունեցած և 4 մարդու մահվան պատճառ դարձած ավտովթարի առթիվ:
«2021 թվականի հուլիսի 24-ին, ժամը 18։05-ի սահմաններում, Շիրակի մարզի Գյումրի-Վանաձոր ավտոճանապարհի 22-րդ կիլոմետրի հատվածում, 1989թ․ ծնված տղամարդու կողմից վարած «Nissan Pathfinder 4.0» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան դուրս է եկել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի գոտուց, գլորվել և կողաշրջվել է դաշտում, ինչի հետևանքով 1997 և 2011 թթ․ ծնված ուղևորները ստացած վնասվածքներից տեղում մահացել են, իսկ մյուս հինգ ուղևորները մարմնական վնասվածքներով բուժօգնության են տեղափոխվել «Գյումրու բժշկական կենտրոն» և «Գյումրու մոր և մանկան ավստրիական հիվանդանոց» ՓԲ ընկերություններ։ Ավելի ուշ հայտնի դարձավ, որ անչափահաս՝ 2008 թվականին ծնված ուղևորուհին և 1989թ․ ծնված վարորդը հիվանդանոցում ևս մահացել են»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
Ըստ աղբյուրի՝ դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:
ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից հայտնում են, որ կատարվել են մի շարք քննչական և դատավարական գործողություններ, այդ թվում՝ դեպքի վայրի և տրանսպորտային միջոցների զննություն, նշանակվել են դիակի դատաբժշկական և դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ։
