ANALYSISԼայնածավալ պատերազմն, իհարկե, ավարտվել է։ Այն ավարտվել է դեռեւս նոյեմբերին։ Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ հուլիսի 27-ի հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց Կովկասի ինստիտուտի տնօրեն, քաղաքագետ Ալեքսանդր Իսկանդարյանը՝ մեկնաբանելով սահմանին սրացումները եւ ծավալուն մարտական գործողությունների վերսկսման հնարավոր սպառնալիքը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ հակամարտությունն, այնուամենայնիվ, շարունակվում է, բայց արդեն ցածր ինտենսիվությամբ։ «Ադբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւը, հնարավորության դեպքում, փորձում է վերցնել պատերազմի արդյունքները, որոնք կան։ Այսինքն՝ նա փորձում է հայերից առավելագույնը քամել այն, ինչ հնարավոր է։ Դա երեւում է ոչ միայն հայտարարություններից»,- ասաց Իսկանդարյանը։
Ընդ որում՝ նա նշեց, որ Հայաստանի վրա ճնշում են գործադրում մի քանի եղանակով։ Առաջին եղանակը պաշտոնական Երեւանի վրա ճնշումն է այն դիսկուրսի միջոցով, որ ոչ մի ղարաբաղյան հարց չկա, որ հակամարտությունն ավարտվել է, եւ որ եկել է հետկոնֆլիկտային կարգավորմանն անցնելու ժամանակը։
Երկրորդ եղանակը, քաղաքագետի կարծիքով, գերիներն են, որոնց օգտագործում են որպես սակարկության մաս Հայաստանի վրա ճնշում բանեցնելու համար։ «Ալիեւը բավական լուրջ խաղացող է հայկական ներքաղաքական եւ ներդիսկուրսիոն դաշտում։ Նա, փաստորեն, արդեն փոխել է դիսկուրսը Հայաստանի ներսում, ինչպես լրագրողների, այնպես էլ սոցիալական մեդիաների շրջանում»,- նկատեց փորձագետը։
