Իշխանությունները ոչ միայն լրագրողների համար ինֆորմացիոն հասանելիությունն են սահմանափակում, այլեւ որոշել են սահմանափակել նրանց տեղաշարժն ԱԺ-ում։ Նախկին խմբագիր վարչապետն ու իր թիմը որոշման նախագիծ են մշակել, որ նոր գումարման խորհրդարանի աշխատանքները սկսվելուն պես փոխվի նաեւ լրագրողների՝ ԱԺ-ում գործունեության կարգը։

Մինչեւ հիմա լրագրողներն ազատ ելումուտ են ունեցել ԱԺ շենքում, շրջել են միջանցքներով, այցելել պատգամավորների աշխատասենյակներ, պատգամավորների հետ անմիջական շփում են ունեցել, իսկ նոր որոշումով ուզում են այնպես անել, որ լրագրողներն աշխատեն այնպես, ինչպես կառավարության նիստերի ժամանակ՝ ֆոյեում կամ մի սենյակում կուտակված եւ միայն իրենց մոտ դուրս գալու շնորհ անողների հետ շփվելու հնարավորությամբ։ Նրանք չեն կարողանա խորհրդարանի նախասրահից առաջ գնալ, նիստերին կարող են հետեւել այդ սրահում տեղադրված էկրանից, իսկ պատգամավորների հետ կկարողանան հարցազրույցներ անել միայն այն պարագայում, եթե որեւէ պատգամավոր ունենա նման ցանկություն, իջնի նախասրահ ու շփվի լրագրողների հետ։

Լրագրողներն ԱԺ նախամուտքից առաջ կարող են գնալ միայն այն դեպքում, եթե որեւէ պատգամավոր անցագիր իջեցնի, իսկ այդ դեպքում էլ նրանք իրավունք չեն ունենա երկու ժամից ավելի մնալ շենքում, ավելի ճիշտ՝ անցաթուղթ իջեցրած պատգամավորի աշխատասենյակում, որտեղից դուրս գալու եւ որեւէ այլ անձի հետ շփվելու իրավունք էլ չեն ունենա։
