Ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը խոշոր տրամաչափի հրազենի կիրառմամբ հարձակվել և գրավել են հայկական գերիշխող հենակետ
SOCIETYՀուլիսի 28-ին ՀՀ ՊՆ վարչական համալիրում ՊՆ պաշտպանական քաղաքականության և միջազգային համագործակցության գլխավոր վարչության պետ Լևոն Այվազյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանում հավատարմագրված օտարերկրյա դեսպանությունների ռազմական կցորդներին:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում կցորդներին ներկայացվել է տեղեկատվություն հուլիսի 28-ի վաղ առավոտից Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ կողմից հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի Վերին Շորժայի ուղղությամբ իրականացված մարտական գործողությունների վերաբերյալ:
Ռազմական կցորդները տեղեկացվել են, որ դիրքերը բարելավելու և հետագա հնարավոր առաջխաղացման համար բարենպաստ պայմաններ ստեղծելու նպատակով ադրբեջանական ստորաբաժանումները ականանետերի, նռնականետերի և խոշոր տրամաչափի հրազենի կիրառմամբ հարձակվել են հայկական գերիշխող հենակետի վրա և ժամանակավորապես գրավել այն:
ՀՀ ԶՈւ ստորաբաժանումների պատասխան գործողությունների արդյունքում, կրելով բազմաթիվ կորուստներ, հակառակորդը ետ է շպրտվել ելման դիրքեր: Լ. Այվազյանը նշել է, որ ՀՀ զինված ուժերի ստորաբաժանումները կատարում են իրենց առջև դրված մարտական խնդիրները` ձեռնարկելով բոլոր անհրաժեշտ միջոցները հակառակորդին սանձելու և հակազդելու ուղղությամբ:
Ռազմական կցորդների ուշադրությունը հրավիրվել է այն փաստի վրա, որ 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությունից ի վեր հակառակորդի կողմից զենքի կիրառմամբ իրականացված ամենալայնածավալ սադրանքը տեղի է ունեցել ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքում և անմիջական վտանգ է ներկայացրել հարակից բնակավայրերի խաղաղ բնակչության համար:
Տեղեկացվել է, որ հավատարիմ լինելով 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության դրույթներով ամրագրված պարտավորությունների իրականացմանը, հայկական կողմի դիրքորոշումը մնում է հստակ և անփոփոխ՝ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի ստորաբաժանումները պետք է դուրս բերվեն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխան տարածքից:
Նշվել է, որ իրավիճակի սրման և հետագա ապակայունացման ողջ պատասխանատվությունը կրում է ադրբեջանական կողմը:
Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել է նաև ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի տեղակալ Արտյոմ Սեդրակյանը: Ներկայացվել է ադրբեջանական կողմի իրականացված սադրանքի հետևանքով մարդու իրավունքների խախտումների տեսանկյունից ստեղծված իրավիճակը:
