Որովհետև միակ բանը, ինչ կարող ա կանգնացնել Ադրբեջանին, դա վախն ա։ Իսկ վախում ա Ադրբեջանը երկու բանից՝ պինդ թիկունքով ուժեղ հայկական բանակից և միջազգային ճնշումներից ու սանկցիաներից։
Երկու վախի պատճառն էլ նեյտրալիզացված են, հետևաբար չկա որևէ մոտիվացիա, ինչու Ադրբեջանը պետք ա կանգ առնի։
