Ո՞րն է սահմանը

Երեկ լուսաբացը մեզ կրկին վերադարձրեց 2020-ի սեպտեմբերի 27, երբ արթնացանք այլ Հայաստանում, եւ պարզվեց, որ նախկին անվտանգ Հայաստանին այլեւս չկա վերադարձ։ Այս անգամ կրակոցներն արդեն բուն Հայաստանի տարածքում են, այլ ոչ թե ֆորմալ առումով այլ պետություն համարվող Արցախի, եւ ՀՀ քաղաքացիները չեն կարող «թաքնվել» ղարաբաղցիների հանդեպ ատելության, 30 տարի շարունակ հասունացած, իսկ վերջին տարիներին աղետալի չափերի հասած պառակտման ներքո։ Այս անգամ թիրախում Գեղարքունիքի մարզն է, Վարդենիսն ու հարակից գյուղերը։ Սակայն անմիջապես ջրի երես ելան 44-օրյայի «հերոսները»՝ հասարակությանը մոլորեցրած եւ պարտությունը հաղթանակի տեղ անցկացնող խաբեբաները՝ ՊՆ խոսնակներ, իշխանական ԶԼՄ-ներ, կրկին անարժանորեն մանդատ ստացած ու այդ մանդատի դիմաց վարձահատույց լինելու պարտավորություն ունեցող համբակներ, որոնց համար հայրենիքը սկսվում եւ ավարտվում է բյուջեից ստացած անաշխատ եկամտի ու տարբեր արտոնությունների փաթեթով։ Իսկ ինչի՞ց կամ որտեղի՞ց է սկսվում մեր՝ ՀՀ քաղաքացիներիս հայրենիքը։
Մենք իրավունք ունե՞նք հարց ուղղելու այս ապիկար իշխանություններին՝ որտեղո՞վ է անցնում ՀՀ պետական սահմանը, եւ որտե՞ղ կարող ենք մենք մեզ ապահով զգալ։ Ո՞ր սահմաններում, ո՞ր տարածքում են գործում այս իշխանությունների պարտավորությունները։ Եվ որո՞նք են այդ պարտավորությունները։ Օրինակ՝ վարդենիսցու, կութեցու, սոթքեցու կյանքի ու անվտանգության հարցերում այս իշխանությունն ունի՞ պարտավորություններ։ Թե՞ այդ տարածքները եւս հանձնվել են բախտի քմահաճույքին եւ Աստծո զորությանը։ Իսկ կարո՞ղ ենք իմանալ, թե կոնկրետ ինչ է պահանջում թշնամին ՀՀ իշխանություններից, եւ ինչ բանակցություններ են ընթանում կուլիսների հետեւում։ Վերջապես՝ մենք ունե՞նք իշխանություն։
