Ի հեճուկս ՀՀ–ի և միջազգային հանրության գործադրած ջանքերի` իրադրությունը հայ–ադրբեջանական սահմանագծի երկարությամբ չի կայունանում։ Կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ հայտարարեց վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

«Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է ագրեսիվ հռետորաբանությամբ գործողությունների գործադրությունը, միևնույն ժամանակ անպատասխան թողնելով իրադրության քաղաքական և երկարաժամկետ կարգավորմանն ուղղված միջազգային հանրության բոլոր առաջարկները»,–ասաց Փաշինյանը։

Նա հիշեցրեց ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ապրիլի 13-ի հայտարարությունը, որով նրանք կողմերին կոչ են անում առաջին հնարավորության դեպքում վերսկսել քաղաքական երկխոսությունը։ Փաշինյանը շեշտեց` մինչ օրս Ադրբեջանը չի արձագանքել այս կոչին, մինչդեռ ՀՀ–ն բազմիցս ընդգծել է իր պատրաստակամությունը ցանկացած պահի վերսկսելու բանակցությունները։

Փաշինյանի խոսքով` Ադրբեջանն իր բոլոր գործողություններով փորձում է խափանել երկխոսության որևէ տրամաբանություն, խափանում է նաև նոյեմբերի 9-ի և հունվարի 11-ի համաձայնագրերի իրականացումը։

Նա հավելեց, որ մինչ օրս Ադրբեջանում շարունակվում են հայ գերիների շինծու դատավարությունները, ինչի հետևանքով նրանք երկար տարիների ազատազրկումների են դատապարտվում։

Փաշինյանի խոսքով` պետք է ուշադրություն դարձնել այն փաստի վրա, որ վերջին շրջանում գրեթե բոլոր դատապարտվածները գերեվարվել են նոյեմբերի 9-ից հետո խաղաղապահների պատասխանատվության գոտիներում։

«Ադրբեջանը մինչ օրս չի ստորագրել խաղաղապահների մանդատը։ Ոստի ակնհայտ է, որ սա խաղաղապահների, այսինքն` ԼՂ–ում խաղաղության և կայունության դեմ իրականացվող գործողությունների շարք է»,–ասաց նա։
