ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարը` հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին լարվածության մասին
POLITICSՀԱՊԿ կայքում զետեղվել է կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Ստանիսլավ Զասի հայտարարությունը` կապված հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին տիրող իրավիճակի հետ:
«2021 թվականի լույս հուլիսի 28-ի գիշերը Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի սահմանին տեղի են ունեցել ռազմական բախումներ, որոնց հետևանքով հայկական զինված ուժերի երեք զինծառայող զոհվել է, չորսը` վիրավորվել: Խորին ցավակցություն եմ հայտնում զոհվածների ընտանիքներին և վիրավորներին մաղթում շուտափույթ ապաքինում:
Լուրջ մտահոգություն է առաջացնում տարածաշրջանում լարվածության հետագա աճի վտանգը, որը կարող է բացասաբար անդրադառնալ եռակողմ համաձայնագրերի կատարման վրա, որոնք ամրագրված են Ադրբեջանի, Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարների 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 10-ի հայտարարության մեջ:
Անընդունելի ենք համարում ուժի կիրառումը: Հակասությունները լուծելու համար պետք է օգտագործել միայն քաղաքական և դիվանագիտական մեթոդներ:
Ողջունում եմ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ջանքերը՝ ուղղված տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակի կայունացմանը»,-ասված է հայտարարությունում:
Հիշեցնենք, որ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի Գեղարքունիքի հատվածում, Քարվաճառի ուղղությամբ, ադրբեջանական ԶՈւ ստորաբաժանումները, խախտելով կրակի դադարեցման վերաբերյալ պայմանավորվածությունը, դիմել են սադրանքի` հրաձգային զինատեսակներից կրակ բացելով հայկական դիրքերի ուղղությամբ:
Հայկական կողմի պատասխան գործողություններից հետո կրակը լռեցվել էր:
Իրադրությունը Գեղարքունիքի հատվածում լարվել էր երեկվանից։ Սահմանի տարբեր ուղղություններով տեղային մարտեր էին ընթացել, որոնց ընթացքում զոհվել էր 3, վիրավորվել 5 զինծառայող։ Ավելի ուշ, ՌԴ միջնորդությամբ, կրակը դադարեցնելու համաձայնություն էր ձեռք բերվել։
