Ավազակություն՝ վարկերի տրամադրման և տարադրամի փոխանակման կետում (տեսանյութ, լուսանկարներ)
SOCIETY2021թ. հուլիսի 29-ին՝ ժամը 13:30-ի սահմաններում, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձինք, նախնական համաձայնությամբ, ուրիշի գույքի հափշտակություն կատարելու նպատակով, ներխուժել են Երևան քաղաքի Ամիրյան փողոցում գտնվող «Ջի Էյ» վարկերի տրամադրման և տարադրամի փոխանակման կետ և որպես զենք օգտագործվող առարկայի` ռազմամթերք հանդիսացող մարտական նռնակի գործադրմամբ կյանքի և առողջության համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքով աշխատակցից պահանջել են գումար, սակայն հանդիպելով վերջինիս դիմադրությանը՝ դիմել են փախուստի:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 4-րդ կետերով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Նշված ընկերությունը և աշխատակիցը ճանաչվել են տուժող:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել են անհետաձգելի քննչական և այլ դատավարական գործողություններ, այդ թվում՝ դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել են ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանցից մեկի կրած դիմակը և մարտական նռնակ, հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք, այդ թվում՝ տուժողը, ինչպես նաև՝ վկաներ: Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել է դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություն:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը պարզելու, հայտնաբերելու, վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու, ցուցմունքներում մատնանշված հանգամանքներն ստուգելու, օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննություն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ: Հանձնարարություններ են տրվել հետաքննության մարմնին:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
