Հայկական զինուժն առնվազն 66 զոհ ունի նոյեմբերի 11-ից սկսած
SOCIETY2020թ․ նոյեմբերի 11-ից*՝ հրադադարի մասին ՀՀ, ՌԴ և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների եռակողմ հայտարարության ուժի մեջ մտնելուց մինչ օրս, հայկական բանակում գրանցվել է առնվազն 66 զինծառայողի/կամավորականի/պահեստազորայինի մահ, այս մասին գրում է Razm.info-ն։
Նրանցից 24-ը մարտական կորուստներն են, զոհվել են այնպիսի միջադեպերի ժամանակ, ինչպիսիք են Խծաբերդ-Հին Թաղերի վրա ադրբեջանական հարձակումը, Արցախի օկուպացված տարածքներում շրջափակված հայ զինծառայողների սպանությունները, 2021-ի մայիս-հուլիսին սահմանային բախումները, ինչպես նաև ականի պայթյունները։
Միաժամանակ գրանցվել է 42 ոչ մարտական կորուստ, այդ թվում՝ ինքնասպանություններ, մահեր հիվանդություններից, ավտովթարներից, սպանություններից և զենքի հետ վարվելու կանոնների խախտումներից։
Նոյեմբերի 10-ից սկսած Ադրբեջանը, խախտելով եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ ստանձնած պարտավորվածությունները, ոչ միայն չի վերադարձրել գերեվարված բոլոր հայ զինծառայողներին և քաղաքացիականներին, այլև շարունակել է նոր գերիներ վերցնել, որոնց թիվը հասնում է 85-ի։ Մեր դիտարկումներով՝ այս պահին վերադարձվել է նոյեմբերի 10-ից հետո գերեվարված առնվազն 30 անձ, որոնցից 15-ը ականապատ դաշտերի քարտեզների դիմաց։
Նույն ժամանակահատվածում անհետ կորել է 3 զինծառայող։ Նրանցից մեկը՝ ժամկետային զինծառայող Նորիկ Մկրտչյանը, մայիսի 18-ին ինքնակամ լքել էր Վարդենիսի զորամասը։ Նրան գտնելու մասին տեղեկություն դեռևս չկա։ Իսկ հուլիսի 14-ին Սյունիքի Սև լճի հատվածում կորել էր կապը զինծառայողներ Ա․ Նալբանդյանի և Ա. Տոռոզյանի հետ։ Մինչ օրս նրանք չեն հայտնաբերվել, ՊՆ-ն չի բացառել նրանց գերեվարումը ադրբեջանցիների կողմից։ Զինծառայողները եղել են առանց զենքի։
Նշենք, որ Razm.info-ն զոհերի տվյալները հավաքելիս օգտվում է ինչպես բաց աղբյուրներից (ՀՀ ՊՆ, Արցախի ՊԲ, ՔԿ, սոցցանցեր), այնպես էլ դատախազություն ուղարկվող գրավոր հարցումներից։ Այս պահին մենք տիրապետում ենք մինչև հունիս գրանցված կորուստների մասին դատախազության տրամադրած տվյալներին, հունիս և հուլիս ամիսների տվյալները ստանալու դեպքում կթարմացնենք ամփոփումը։
*Թեև հայտարարության համաձայն հրադադարը ուժի մեջ էր մտնում նոյեմբերի 10-ի 00։00-ից, մարտերը շարունակվել են նաև նոյեմբերի 10-ին, այդ պատճառով Ռազմինֆոն որոշել է հետպատերազմական շրջանի կորուստները հաշվարկել սկսած նոյեմբերի 11-ից։
