Երևանում նռնակով ավազակային հարձակում կատարողները 3 եղբայրներ են. մեկին բռնել է տնօրենը, իսկ երկուսին՝ ոստիկանները
SOCIETYSHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական 3-րդ բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր օր-ի 175 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 4-րդ կետերի, 235 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Նշված քրգործը հարուցվել է այսօր՝ հուլիսի 29-ին, Երևան քաղաքի Ամիրյան 7/35 հասցեում գտնվող վարկային կազմակերպությունում դիմակավորված, նռնակով զինված ավազակային հարձակում կատարելու փաստով:
Ժամը 13:20-ի սահմաններում դիմակավորված 2 անձինք մտել են նշված հասցե և նռնակի սպառնալիքով աշխատակցից պահանջել են գումար:
Աշխատակից, Երևանի բնակիչ, 34-ամյա Լևոն Մ.-ն դիմադրություն է ցուցաբերել, չի վախեցել ճիվաղներից, որից հետո վերջիններս դիմել են փախուստի, սակայն փոխանակման կետի տնօրեն, Երևանի բնակիչ Արթուր Խ.-ն հետապնդել է ստահակներին մինչև Ամիրյան 13 հասցե:
Արդեն բակում նրանցից մեկին Արթուր Խ.-ն բռնել է, իսկ մյուսը դիմել է փախուստի: Օպերատիվորեն նշված վայր ժամանած ոստիկանության կենտրոնական բաժնի ծառայողները տեղում պարզել են, որ բռնվածը Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչ, 24-ամյա Դավիթ Բ.-ն է, ով բերման է ենթարկվել ոստիկանությսն կետրոնական բաժին: Արդեն տեղում ոստիկաններն ու քննիչերը հայտնաբերել են հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող մարտական նռնակը և բժշկական դիմակ:
Դավիթ. Բ.-ի հետ ավազակային հարձակմանը մասնակցել են Արմավիր մարզի բնակիչներ, 27-ամյա Իսահակ Հ.-ն և 32-ամյա Արթուր Բ.-ն:
