Փոխվել է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ռուսաստանցի համանախագահը

Իգոր Պոպովի փոխարեն Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ է դարձել Իգոր Խովաևը: Սա հետևում է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի կայքում հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին տիրող իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ հուլիսի 29-ին հրապարակված համանախագահների հայտարարությունից. այն տրվել է Ստեֆան Վիսկոնտիի (Ֆրանսիա), Էնդրյու Շոֆերի (ԱՄՆ) և Իգոր Խովաևի (Ռուսաստան) անունից:
Այս թեմայի շուրջ Մոսկվայից պաշտոնական մեկնաբանություն դեռ չկա:
Իգոր Պոպովը զբաղեցնում էր Ռուսաստանից ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահի պաշտոնը 2010 թվականից:
Բաց աղբյուրների համաձայն՝ 2015 թվականի մարտի 2-ին Իգոր Խովաևը նշանակվել է Ռուսաստանի դեսպան Ֆիլիպինների Հանրապետությունում և միաժամանակ Պալաուի Հանրապետությունում և Միկրոնեզիայի Դաշնային Նահանգներում, իսկ նույն տարվա մայիսի 5-ից ՝ Մարշալյան կղզիներում` համատեղության կարգով: Այս բոլոր պաշտոններից նա ազատվել է անցյալ տարվա սեպտեմբերի 21-ին:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Ստեֆան Վիսկոնտին (Ֆրանսիա), Էնդրյու Շոֆերը (ԱՄՆ) և Իգոր Խովաևը (Ռուսաստան) հանդես էին եկել հայտարարությամբ՝ անդրադառնալով հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին տիրող լարվածությանը:
«Համանախագահները մտահոգությամբ են հետևում Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան սահմանի եկայնքով տեղի ունեցող վերջին միջադեպերին, այդ թվում՝ զոհերի մասին լուրերին: Համանախագահները կոչ են անում Հայաստանին և Ադրբեջանին անհապաղ ապաէսկալացնել իրավիճակը, զերծ մնալ սադրիչ հռետորաբանությունից և գործողություններից, ինչպես նաև ամբողջովին կատարել նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարությամբ և հրադադարի մասին այլ համատեղ համաձայնագրերով ստանձնած պարտավորվածությունները:
Համանախագահները վերահաստատում են առկա բոլոր հիմնական հարցերի շուրջ բանակցային, համապարփակ և կայուն կարգավորման անհրաժեշտությունը և կոչ են անում կողմերին հնարավորինս շուտ վերադառնալ բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ՝ համանախագահների հովանու ներքո: Նրանք վերահաստատում են իրենց հովանու ներքո երկկողմ անմիջական խորհրդակցություններ կազմակերպելու առաջարկը, որպեսզի կողմերը վերանայեն և համաձայնեցնեն կառուցվածքային օրակարգը` արտացոլելով իրենց առաջնահերթությունները` առանց նախապայմանների:
Համանախագահները վերահաստատում են իրենց ամուր աջակցությունը ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցչի և նրա թիմի շարունակական ջանքերին»,- ասվում է ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ հայտարարության մեջ:
