Կրթությունը՝ ամուր պետության հիմք․ IDBank-ն ու Հայ-Ռուսական համալսարանը կհամագործակցեն

Հայ-Ռուսական համալսարանի Տնտեսագիտության և բիզնեսի ինստիտուտն ու IDBank-ը համագործակցության հուշագիր են ստորագրել, որի շրջանակում Բանկի աջակցությամբ մշակվում և ներդրվում է «Տվյալների վերլուծություն» մագիստրոսական կրթական ծրագիր։
Նշված մասնագիտացմամբ հայտարարվել է ընդունելություն 2021-2022 ուսումնական տարվա համար:
«Մաթեմատիկական մեթոդները և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաները տնտեսագիտության մեջ և բիզնեսում» ամբիոնի վարիչ Անի Ավետիսյանի խոսքով՝ ծրագիրը մշակվել է IDBank-ի մասնագետների անմիջական մասնակցությամբ և տվյալների վերլուծության ոլորտի արտասահմանյան բուհերի շրջանավարտ հանդիսացող մասնագետների ներգրավմամբ՝ հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանի և միջազգային աշխատաշուկայի արդի պահանջները։ «Մեզ համար շատ կարևոր է համալսարան - մասնավոր սեկտոր համագործակցությունը, քանի որ բացի տեսական գիտելիքներից՝ մենք նպատակ ունենք մեր ուսանողներին ապահովել պրակտիկ դասընթացներով։ Ուրախ ենք, որ IDBank-ը՝ որպես ոլորտի առաջատար ընկերություն, ի դեմս իր պրոֆեսիոնալ աշխատակիցների, պատրաստակամություն հայտնեց մասնակցելու ծրագրի մշակմանը»,- ասել է Անի Ավետիսյանը և նշել, որ դասերը վարելու են կրթական համակարգի և տվյալների վերլուծության ոլորտի առաջատար մասնագետներ Հայաստանից, ինչպես նաև այլ երկրներից։
Բանկի Բիզնեսի զարգացման տնօրեն Կարեն Նալբանդյանն իր խոսքում կարևորել է «Տվյալների վերլուծություն» մասնագիտացումը՝ որպես զարգացող ուղղություն։ «Ներկայում ոչ միայն բանկային համակարգը, այլև տնտեսության բոլոր ճյուղերն առաջնորդվում են տվյալահեն ռազմավարությամբ։ Առանց տվյալների բազայի, և, որ ավելի կարևոր է, դրա ճիշտ վերլուծության, ժամանակակից աշխարհում դժվար է, եթե չասեմ՝ անհնար է կայացնել ռազմավարական ճիշտ որոշումներ։ Սա վերաբերում է նաև մեր պետությանը․ միայն որակյալ կրթությամբ է կարելի ամուր պետություն կառուցել։ Հենց այդ պատճառով մեզ հետաքրքրեց Հայ-Ռուսական համալսարանի առաջարկը, ու շնորհիվ մեր համագործակցության՝ Հայաստանում այս ոլորտը կհամալրվի բանիմաց, գիտակ մասնագետներով», - ասել է Կարեն Նալբանդյանը։
IDBank-ի Մարդկային կապիտալի կառավարման տնօրեն Մարիանա Էդիլյանը նշել է, որ աշխատաշուկայում այս պահին տվյալների վերլուծության մասնագետները պահանջված են, սակայն համապատասխան որակավորում տվող մասնագիտացումներ գրեթե առկա չեն, ուստի ուսանողները ստիպված են լինում որակավորում ստանալ միջազգային դասընթացների միջոցով։ «Ուրախ ենք, որ IDBank-ի մասնագետների ակտիվ մասնակցությամբ այսուհետ մեր ուսանողները հնարավորություն կունենան կրթվել Հայաստանում՝ միաժամանակ ստանալով Հայ-Ռուսական համալսարանի բարձր որակավորում։ Ի դեպ՝ նշեմ, որ լավագույն շրջանավարտներին հնարավորություն կընձեռվի իրենց գիտելիքները գործնականում կիրառել IDBank-ում՝ պրակտիկայի շրջանակներում կամ այլ ձևաչափով», - նշել է Մարիանա Էդիլյանը։
