Վրաերթից մահացած 24-ամյա տղան մինչ այդ զվարճանքի վայրում վեճի ու ծեծկռտուքի մասնակից էր եղել․ նրան դանակահարել էին (տեսանյութ)

Արարատի մարզում վրաերթի հետևանքով մահացած 24-ամյա տղան մինչ այդ զվարճանքի վայրում վիճաբանության և ծեծկռտուքի մասնակից էր եղել․ նրան դանակահարել էին:

Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ ՔրՕրի 258 հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով հարուցվել է քրգործ։

Shamshyan.com-ի  հաղորդմամբ, նշված քրգործը հարուցվել է հուլիսի 23-ին Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում հարուցված մեկ այլ քրեական գործից հետո։ Այդ մեկ քրեական գործը վերաբերում է Երևանի բնակիչ 24-ամյա Տիգրան Խլղաթյանին վրաերթի ենթարկելուն և անզգուշությամբ մահ պատճառելուն։

Կայքի տեղեկություններով՝ մինչ Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում վրաերթի փաստով քրեական գործը քննվում էր, օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել այն մասին, որ մինչև վրաերթը վրաերթի ենթարկված ու մահացած Տ․ Խլղաթյանը եղել է վրաերթի հարևանությամբ գտնվող Այնթափ համայնքին պատկանող զվարճանքի կենտրոններից մեկում, որտեղ մի խումբ անձինք, այդ թվում՝ Արարատի մարզի բնակիչներ՝ 23-ամյա Հենրիկ Ա․-ն, 28-ամյա Նարեկ Մ․-ն և վրաերթի հետևանքով մահացած Տ․ Խլղաթյանը զվարճանքի կենտրոնում խուլիգանություն են կատարել, որը վերածվել է վիճաբանության։

Այնուհետև այն շարունակվել է դրսում՝ զվարճանքի կենտրոնի դիմաց։ Հենրիկ Ա․-ն պարզաբանում պահանջելու նատակով Տ․ Խլղաթյանին դուրս է հրավիրել զվարճանքի կենտրոնից, որտեղ շարունակվել է վիճաբանությունը։ Ըստ Հենրիկ Ա․-ի՝ Տ խլղաթյանը պարելու ժամանակ կանգնել է իր ոտքին, և ինքը նրան ասել է, որ եթե պարելը շարունակի, ապա թող ուշադիր լինի, որպեսզի նույն բանը չկրկնվի։ Սակայն Տ․ Խլղաթյանը գլխով հարվածել է Հենրիկ Ա․-ի քթին։ Այդ մասին վերջինս նույնպես հայտնել է ոստիկաններին։

Դրանից հետո վիճաբանությանը միջամտել է Նարեկ Մ․-ն, ով Հենրիկ Ա-ի ընկերն է և նրան հարվածելու համար հայհոյանքներ է հնչեցրել Տ․ Խլղաթյանի հասցեին և իր մոտ եղած դանակով հարվածել է վերջինիս նստատեղին, պատճառելով վնասվածք։   Արդեն դանակահարված Տ․ Խլղաթյանը վազել է դեպի հանդիպաց գոտի, անցել երկաթե արգելապատնեշները, և դեպի Երասխ ընթացող BMW-ի վարորդի կողմից վրաերթի է ենթարկվել։

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ հուլիսի 23-ին, մահվան ելքով վրաերթ է տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում։ Ժամը 01։00-ի սահմաններում Մասիս քաղաքի բնակիչ 22-ամյա Հարություն Հարությունյանը Երևան-Երասխ ավտոճանապարհի 10-րդ կմ հատվածում իր վարած BMW մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով վրաերթի է ենթարկել հետիոտն՝ Երևանի բնակիչ 24-ամյա Տիգրան Խլղաթյանին։ Վրաերթի ենթարկվածը տեղում մահացել է։

Վարորդը փախուստի չէր դիմել, ահազանգել էր հիվանդանոց, սակայն օպերատիվորեն ժամանած բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը արձանագարել է հետիոտնի մահը։
