«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Օգոստոսի 2-ին կհրավիրվի նորընտիր խորհրդարանի անդրանիկ նիստը, որով կավարտվեն յոթերորդ գումարման ԱԺ-ի լիազորությունները: Եվ ահա, «վերջին օրով» իշխանությունները երեկ հրատապ հրավիրեցին արտահերթ նիստ, որի օրակարգում ընդգրկված հարցերը փաստացի ոչ մի կապ չունեին երկրում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացների ու առկա սպառնալիքների հետ։

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, արտահերթն անցկացնելու համար քվորում ապահովելը այդքան էլ հեշտ չի եղել։ Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, իշխանական խմբակցությունում խուճապ է եղել, քանի որ պատգամավորներից շատերը գտնվել են մարզերում, ոմանք՝ արտերկրում, իսկ այն պատգամավորները, որոնք ութերորդ գումարման խորհրդարանում ընդգրկված չեն, ընդհանրապես «ձեռքները լվացել են» այս գործընթացներից։ Իսկ ինչո՞ւ էր պետք այսպես «արագի մեջ» արտահերթ հրավիրել: Փորձագետների համոզմամբ, իշխանությունները, հասկանալով, որ մյուս խորհրդարանում լուրջ խնդիրներ են ունենալու և չեն կարողանալու այսպես հեշտությամբ ցանկացած օրինագիծ կյանքի կոչել, փորձում են յոթերորդ գումարման խորհրդարանից մաքսիմումը «քամել» և իրենց «սրտի» օրինագծերն արագ անցկացնել։

Մասնավորաբար, քաղտեխնոլոգ Վիգեն Հակոբյանը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ նման հրատապությունն առաջին հերթին հենց այդ պատճառն ունի: «Պարզ է, որ նման նախագծերն ավելի դժվարությամբ են անցնելու հաջորդ խորհրդարանում: Իհարկե, կարող են անցնել, բայց հանրային մեծ աղմուկով: Նոր խորհրդարանում լրիվ ուրիշ որակի ընդդիմություն է լինելու՝ այլ գործիքակազմով, այլ տրամաբանությամբ: Նշված հանգամանքներով պայմանավորված՝ այդ ամենը հանրային շատ մեծ ռեզոնանս կարող է ունենալ, որովհետև այնտեղ կա և՛ փողոց, և՛ բոլոր առումներով ավելի մարտունակ ընդդիմություն»:
