Շուռնուխի հարևանությամբ ադրբեջանցիները ռազմաբազա են կառուցում
SOCIETYԱդրբեջանցի զինվորականները շարունակում են ինժեներական ակտիվ աշխատանքները Սյունիքի մարզի Շուռնուխ գյուղի այն հատվածում, որտեղ տեղակայված են։ Տեղեկությունը «Փաստինֆո»-ին հայտնեց Շուռնուխի գյուղապետ Հակոբ Արշակյանը: Թե ինչ են պատրաստվում կառուցել, Արշակյանը դեռ չի կարող ասել։ Հստակ է մի բան՝ ադրբեջանցիները «բոքսեր» են կառուցում ու բարձունքներին տեղակայվում։
«Իրենք ինժեներական աշխատանքների հարցում ակտիվ են, բայց թե ինչ են կառուցում՝ չգիտեմ։ Իրենց վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող բարձունք կա՝ գյուղի անմիջապես դիմացը։ էնտեղ նորից պոստ են տեղակայել։ Գյուղի մեջ՝ իրենց վերահսկողության տակ անցած հատվածներում աշխատանքներ են իրականացնում, մեծ բոքսեր են կառուցում՝ ինձ թվում է տեխնիկայի կայանելու տեղ են սարքում»։
Շուռնուխում նկատում են նաև ադրբեջանական կողմի ակտիվ տեղաշարժեր։ Արշակյանի խոսքով՝ ամեն գիշեր ադրբեջանական մեքենաների շարասյուն է մտնում Շուռնուխի մոտ գտնվող գյուղի տարածք։ Շարասյունը բաղկացած է լինում 3-ից 8 մեքենայից։
«Ամեն գիշեր Կուբաթլուի տարածքից ավտոշարասյուներ են բարձրանում դեպի հարևան գյուղը, որը գտնվում է ձորում ու ոչ մի տեղից չի դիտարկվում։ Ինձ թվում է՝ բազա են սարքում, բայց չգիտեմ ի՞նչ են տեղափոխում՝ մարդ, տեխնիկա, թե ինչ։ Շարասյուները լույսերը վառած գալիս են։ Վերադառնալը չենք տեսնում»։
Հարցին՝ ռուս խաղաղապահները ուղեկցո՞ւմ են արդյոք ադրբեջանական շարասյանը, Արշակյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ միայն դիրքից դիրք տեղաշարժի ժամանակ են ուղեկցում։
«Դրանք ճանապարհին չեն մոտենում։ Գյուղից 3 կմ հեռավորության վրա գյուղ կա, այդտեղ են կուտակումներ անում։ Իրենք, եթե մի պոստից մի պոստ են գնում՝ ռուսի ուղեկցությամբ են պարտադիր գնում»։
Արշակյանը նկատում է՝ ամեն օր ադրբեջանական կողմի շինարարություններին հետևող բնակիչները, կարծես, սովորել են իրավիճակին։
«Գյուղացիներն էն, որ ասումա ՝ աչքը տեսնելուց սովորումա։ Ասումա գլխարկը քեզ չի սազում, պատասխանում է՝ էնքան դնելու եմ մինչև սազի։ Անասունները համարյա չկան, սպասում են իրենք բաղ ու բոստանի բերքը հավաքեն»։
ՀՀ իշխանությունների վարած քաղաքականությունը, մասնավորապես, անվտանգությանը վերաբերող հարցերում քննադատող տարբեր մարզերի մի շարք համայնքապետերի իշխանություններն առաջարկել են հրաժարական տալ։ «Փաստինֆո»-ի հարցին՝ արդյոք առաջարկ ստացել է հրաժարական տալու, գյուղապետը նշեց՝ այստեղ առաջարկով չէ։
«Նման բան չկա, չի եղել նման առաջարկ։ Մեր մարզում ինչ առաջարկություն անեն՝ հենա գալիս են, փռում են ասֆալտին, վերցնում տանում, մի հատ էլ առաջարկե՞ն»։
Նշենք, որ Սյունիքի սահմանամերձ հատվածներում ադրբեջանցիները ակտիվ քայլերով ամրապնդվում են, իսկ մինչ այդ համայնքները մնացել են առանց ղեկավարների, այսօր կալանավորված են Մեղրիի, Սիսիանի, Գորիսի Քաջարանի, Որոտանի համայնքապետերը։
