Ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի զինծառայողները շաբաթվա ընթացքում ապահովել են Լաչինի միջանցքով դեպի ԼՂ ավելի քան երկու հազար ավտոմեքենաների տեղաշարժը: Այս մասին ասվում է ՌԴ ՊՆ կայքում:

«Դիտորդական կետի անձնակազմը շուրջօրյա միջոցներ է ձեռնարկում Լաչինի միջանցքով մեքենաների և խաղաղ բնակիչների տեղաշարժը վերահսկելու համար: Ամեն օր մեր դիտորդական կետով երկու ուղղությամբ ավելի քան երկու հարյուր մեքենա է անցնում: Ավելին, յուրաքանչյուր մեքենա անցնում է ստուգման ընթացակարգ, իսկ վարորդը և ուղևորը տրամադրում են անձը հաստատող փաստաթղթեր: Բոլոր պայմանների բավարարման դեպքում, ուղևորով մեքենային թույլատրվում է շարունակել ճանապարհը»,-ասել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի ներկայացուցիչ Լեոնիդ Ստեպանովը:

Ռուս խաղաղապահները շարունակում են կողմերի բաժանման գծում հրադադարի ռեժիմի պահպանման վերահսկման առաջադրանքների իրականացումը և ապահովում են ճանապարհային տրանսպորտի անվտանգությունը, սննդամթերքի և տարբեր ապրանքների փոխադրումը Լաչինի միջանցքով: Անցած շաբաթվա ընթացքում հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումներ չեն գրանցվել խաղաղապահ զորախմբի պատասխանատվության գոտում, ռուս զինծառայողների դեմ սադրիչ գործողություններ չեն եղել:

Բացի այդ, Ռուսաստանի խաղաղապահ զորախմբի դիտակետերի անձնակազմը պարբերաբար մարտական պատրաստություն և վարժանքներ է իրականացնում խախտումները, ինչպես նաև դիտակետի վրա հնարավոր հարձակումը կանխելու համար:

Ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի բոլոր դիտակետերը հագեցած են «Բլոկպոստ» ֆորտիֆիկացիոն կառույցներով, որոնք նախատեսված են զինծառայողներին զենքից և բեկորներից պաշտպանելու, ինչպես նաև շրջակա տարածքի բազմակողմանի դիտարկումներ իրականացնելու համար:

Հիշեցնենք, որ նոյեմբերի 9-ին Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ռուս խաղաղապահների տեղակայման շուրջ պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել, ստորագրվել է հայտարարություն, որով Ադրբեջանին են անցնում Արցախի յոթ շրջանները, Շուշին ու Հադրութը` բացառությամբ մի գյուղի, գյուղեր Ասկերանի ու Մարտունու շրջանից, ինչպես նաև Մարտակերտի շրջանի Թալիշ և Մատաղիս գյուղերը։
