Սպանության Երևանում (լուսանկարներ)
BLOG2021թ. օգոստոսի 1-ին՝ ժամը 00:55-ին, ՀՀ ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնում քաղաքացուց ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Երևան քաղաքի Սախարովի հրապարակի մոտ իր ավտոմեքենայի վրա կրակել են:
Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդունքում պարզվել է, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 00:55-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Վարդանանց փողոցում՝ «Վերնիսաժ» տոնավաճառի ուղղությամբ, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձն իր մոտ ապօրինի կերպով պահվող հրազենից, ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, կրակոցներ է արձակել վերոնշյալ քաղաքացու «Ռենջ Ռովեռ Սպորտ» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի ուղղությամբ, սակայն իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներով հանցագործությունն ավարտին չի հասցրել:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական երրորդ բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարված դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել և վերցվել է 8 հատ 9մմ տրամաչափի կրակված պարկուճ, իսկ նշված ավտոմեքենայի զննությամբ` վարորդի դռան ուղղությամբ հայտնաբերվել է կրակված 5 հետք: Հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք, առգրավվել են դեպքի վայրը տեսանկարահանող սարքավորումները, նշանակվել դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություն:
Քրեական գործով կատարված անհետաձգելի քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, որը Երևանի բնակիչ է: Վերջինս ներգրավվել է որպես մեղադրյալ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից որոշում է կայացվել՝ նրան ձերբակալելու մասին, որի կատարումը հանձնարարվել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանմանը:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
