«Հիմք ընդունելով վարչապետի առաջարկությունը` համաձայն Սահմանադրության 150-րդ հոդվածի. Սուրեն ՊԱՊԻԿՅԱՆԻՆ նշանակել փոխվարչապետ»:
Կենսագրական տվյալներ
Ծնվել է 1986թ. ապրիլի 26-ին Ստեփանավան քաղաքում:
Սովորել է Լոռու Բերդ գյուղի դպրոցում, ապա 2003 թվականին ավարտել է Ստեփանավանի թիվ 1 վարժարանը և ընդունվել ԵՊՀ պատմության ֆակուլտետ:
Ուսումնառության ընթացքում զորակոչվել է ՀՀ Զինված Ուժեր:
2009-2011թթ. գլխավորել է ԵՊՀ պատմության ֆակուլտետի ուսանողական գիտական ընկերությունը:
Գերազանց առաջադիմության համար արժանացել է ֆակուլտետի «Թաթուլ Կրպեյան» անվանական կրթաթոշակի:
2011թ. գերազանց առաջադիմությամբ ավարտել է ԵՊՀ պատմության ֆակուլտետի մագիստրատուրան:
2010-2016թթ. ուսմանը զուգահեռ աշխատել է պատմության ուսուցիչ Երևանի թիվ 54 ավագ դպրոցում:
2011թվականից դասավանդել է «Քվանտ» վարժարանում:
2012-2016թթ. սովորել է Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի պետական համալսարանի ասպիրանտուրայում:
2017թ. աշխատել է Երևան քաղաքի ավագանու «ԵԼՔ» խմբակցությունում, որպես փորձագետ:
2011թ. պարգևատրվել է ԵՊՀ ՈւԽ արծաթապատ մեդալով:
2016թ. պարգևատրվել է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության «Գարեգին Նժդեհ» մեդալով:
«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության հիմնադիր անդամ է:
2016թ. հոկտեմբերի 30-ին ընտրվել է «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության վարչության անդամ:
«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության վարչության փոխնախագահ է:
2017թ. ապրիլի 2-ի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում «ԵԼՔ» դաշինքի կողմից ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգով առաջադրվել է պատգամավորի թեկնածու Լոռու մարզն ընդգրկող թիվ 9 ընտրատարածքում։
2018թ. մարտի 31-ին մեկնարկած «Իմ քայլը» շարժման նախաձեռնող անդամ է, որը ս.թ. ապրիլ-մայիս ամիսներին հանգեցրել է ոչ բռնի, ժողովրդական թավշյա հեղափոխության:
