politexpert.net-ն «Արդյոք կա՞ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը. Ադրբեջանը փորձում է «փակել» կարգավիճակի հարցը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը փորձում է միջազգային օրակարգից հանել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի հարցը: Միևնույն ժամանակ, դա ավելի շուտ ցանկալին իրականություն ներկայացնելու մտածողություն է: Նա անընդհատ կրկնում է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնահարցը փաստացի հանված է միջազգային օրակարգից: Ըստ Ալիևի, Ադրբեջանի կազմում չկա այդպիսի վարչական միավոր, և, համապատասխանաբար, կարգավիճակի խնդիր նույնպես չկա:
«Եվ ընդհանրապես, ինչպիսի՞ կարգավիճակ կարող է լինել ներկայումս Ղարաբաղում ապրող 25 հազար մարդու համար», - հարց է հնչեցրել Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարը լրատվամիջոցներից մեկին տված հարցազրույցում: Նրա խոսքով, Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը նույնպես կարծում է, որ հակամարտությունն ավարտված է, իսկ Եվրոպական խորհրդի ղեկավար Չարլզ Միշելը չի հիշատակել բուն Ղարաբաղը կամ նրա կարգավիճակի խնդիրը: Ալիևը դա գնահատել է որպես «իմաստուն մոտեցում»: Սա Իլհամ Ալիևի դիրքորոշումն է, բայց մի շարք գործոններ վկայում են այն մասին, որ այս ամենը, մեղմ ասած, ճիշտ չէ: Նախ՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում բնակվող մարդկանց թիվը հինգ անգամ ավելի է, չհաշված այն փախստականներին, ովքեր դեռ ապրում են Հայաստանում: Ի դեպ, բնակչության թվաքանակը որոշիչ դեր չի խաղում նման հարցերում:
Ալանդյան կղզիների բնակչությունը, որը շվեդական ինքնավարություն է Ֆինլանդիայում, և որի օրինակով ժամանակին առաջարկվել էր լուծել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդիրը, 26 հազար է: Երկրորդ՝ Չարլզ Միշելը Բաքվում իրականում չի հիշատակել Ղարաբաղը, բայց Երևան կատարած այցի ժամանակ նա, այնուամենայնիվ, բարձրաձայնել է Արցախի կարգավիճակը որոշելու անհրաժեշտության մասին: Ինչ վերաբերում է Մոսկվայի դիրքորոշմանը, ապա նա բազմիցս նշել է, որ այդ հարցը պետք է համակարգվի ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների (Ռուսաստան, ԱՄՆ, Ֆրանսիա) մասնակցությամբ:
Այլ բան է, որ Ռուսաստանը ավելի հարմար ժամանակի է սպասում կարգավիճակի քննարկման համար. նախ՝ անհրաժեշտ է ամրապնդել խաղաղությունը տարածաշրջանում և ապաշրջափակել հաղորդակցման ուղիները: Այսինքն, կատարել Ալիևի, Փաշինյանի և Պուտինի՝ նոյեմբերի 9-ի համատեղ հայտարարության կետերը, ներառյալ բոլոր ռազմագերիների և այլ կալանավորների վերադարձի մասին, և միայն դրանից հետո՝ ավելի բարենպաստ պայմաններում, սկսել խոսել կարգավիճակի մասին:
