Ինչ տակտիկա է մշակել իշխող խմբակցությունը. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
ՀՀ նորընտիր Ազգային ժողովը երեկ սկսեց իր աշխատանքը: Ընդդիմադիր «Հայաստան» եւ մասամբ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցությունները որդեգրել էին երկրի թիվ մեկ ամբիոնը ամբողջությամբ օգտագրծելու տակտիկան. նրանք անգամ միմյանց հարց տալու ձեւաչափով ամենատարբեր հարցերում քննադատության ենթարկեցին գործող ռեժիմին:
«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը որոշել էր՝ ինչ էլ լինի, իրենք ընդդիմության ելույթներին չեն պատասխանի, իրավիճակը չեն սրի, կոնտակտի մեջ չեն մտնի, մինչեւ ԱԺ ղեկավար կազմն ընտրվի: Անգամ որոշել են, որ ինչ էլ լինի, ընտրեն առաջադրվող ԱԺ ընդդիմադիր փոխխոսնակին, միայն թե կարողանան ԱԺ բնականոն աշխատանքը շուտ սկսել:
Բայց ամեն ինչ այդքան էլ հարթ չանցավ. ողջ օրը կարողացան միայն աշխատանքային օրվա ավարտից հետո, ԱԺ նիստ գումարելով, ԱԺ նախագահ ընտրել երկրորդ փորձից: Այսօր պիտի նախագահի տեղակալներին ու, եթե հասցնեն, նաեւ հանձնաժողովների նախագահներին ընտրեն:
«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունն այդպես էլ վերջնականապես չի կարողացել ԱԺ հանձնաժողովների բաժանում անել եւ խնդրի առջեւ է կանգնել:
Իշխանական պատգամավորները սպասում են, որ ընդդիմադիր «Հայաստան» դաշինքը կոնտակտի դուրս գա իրենց հետ եւ անձամբ ասի, թե որ հանձնաժողովն է ուզում ստանալ: Սակայն մինչեւ այս պահը դեռ անորոշ վիճակ է, եւ մինչեւ հանձնաժողովներ չունենա ընդդիմությունը, բարդ է որոշում կայացնել: Օրինակ՝ նախորդ տարիներին ընդդիմությունն ու իշխանությունը երկխոսել են եւ հանձնաժողովների բաժանման մասով որոշման հանգել, թե որ հանձնաժողովը որ ուժինը պետք է լինի, սակայն այս անգամ իրավիճակը բարդ է, քանի որ «Հայաստան» դաշինքը չի բանակցում իշխանությունների հետ եւ իր առջեւ խնդիր է դրել միայն կալանավորված պատգամավորներին ազատ արձակելու վերաբերյալ:
Եվ որքան էլ երեկ եւ նախորդ օրը իշխանության ներսում թեժ քննարկումներ են եղել, եւ հանձնաժողովների նախագահներ են ընտրել, սակայն Դոնթի բանաձեւից ելնելով՝ չի բացառվում, որ իշխանական խմբակցությունը չհասցնի իր բոլոր ցանկացած հանձաժողովները վերցնել: Այնպես որ, դեռ անորոշ վիճակ է:
