ԱԱԾ-ի նոր բացահայտումը
POLITICSՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության Շիրակի մարզային վարչության կողմից բացահայտված հանցագործությունների դեպքերով ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում կատարված համակողմանի և արդյունավետ քննության արդյունքում ձեռք է բերվել փոխկապակցված, հավաստի և բավարար ապացույցների համակցություն առ այն, որ ՀՀ ՊԵԿ համապատասխան բաժնի օպերլիազորը, տեղյակ լինելով 5 անձանց կողմից առանց պետական գրանցման, հաշվառման և առանց հատուկ թույլտվության լիցենզավորման ենթակա ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեություն իրականացնելու, այն է՝ բժշկական օգնությամբ և սպասարկմամբ զբաղվելու հանգամանքի մասին, իրավախախտումներ կատարած անձանց նկատմամբ չի կիրառել պատասխանատվության միջոցներ նրանց կողմից կատարված ապօրինի ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեությունը դադարեցնելու ուղղությամբ:
ԱԱԾ-ից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ դրա արդյունքում նշված անձինք խուսափել են օրենքով սահմանված հարկային պարտավորությունները կատարելուց, որպիսի գործողությունների հետևանքով պետությանը գույքային վնասի ձևով պատճառվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափի վնաս:
Բացի այդ, ՀՀ ՊԵԿ օպերլիազորը իր սպասարկման տարածքում քարի արտադրությամբ զբաղվող ընկերությունների խախտումները չարձանագրելու, օրենքով սահմանված կարգով պատասխանատվության միջոցներ չկիրառելու, ինչպես նաև հնարավոր ստուգումների մասին տնտեսվարողին նախապես տեղյակ պահելու և նրա կատարած խախտումները քողարկելու ուղղությամբ խորհուրդներ տալու համար 2020 թվականի ապրիլից հունիսն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում պահանջել և նրանցից առձեռն ստացել է կաշառքի գումարներ:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում վերականգնվել է պետությանը պատճառված վնասի հիմնական մասը, կալանք է դրվել մեղադրյալներին պատկանող դրամական միջոցների և անշարժ գույքի վրա:
Քրեական գործը 7 անձի մասով մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին՝ այն հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու համար:
