Հայաստանի Ազգային Ժողովի՝ արդեն չորրորդ օրը «կայացող» նիստերը վկայում են, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունն ու խորհրդարան անցած քաղաքական ուժերն ադեկվատ չեն գնահատում Հայաստանի առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերները, և, փոխանակ զբաղվելու մեր Հայրենիքի պաշտպանության և արտաքին անվտանգության կազմակերպման խնդիրներով, ներքաշված են ներքաղաքական գզվրտոց բեմականացնելով, որը հղի է մեր պետականության համար անդառնալի ծանր կորուստներով: Իրար վարկաբեկելու, իրար նկատմամբ կոմպրոմատներ հրապարակելու, հասարակության առաջ դիմացինին նսեմացնելու նախընտրական տրամադրությունները նույնությամբ և գուցե ավելի մեծ ծավալով տեղափոխվել են խորհրդարան, որը Հայաստանի իշխանության ամենաբարձր մարմինն է՝ օժտված առաջնային մանդատով:
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխան տարածքի մի մասը բռնազավթված է թուրք-ադրբեջանական հրոսակների կողմից, իսկ Արցախի մեծ մասը ևս հայտնվել է թշնամու օկուպացիայի տակ: Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը գտնվում է անմիջական ռազմական ագրեսիայի և դրա նոր սպառնալիքի տակ: Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի իշխանությունները բացահայտ հավակնություններ են դրսևորում մեր Հայրենիքի նկատմամբ: Այս պայմաններում՝ Հայաստանի իշխանության և խորհրդարանական ընդդիմության դրսևորած անլուրջ և իրավիճակին ոչ համահունչ վարքագիծը միանգամայն անընդունելի և մերժելի է մեզ համար:
«Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաստան» կուսակցությունն ինչպես խորհրդարանական, այնպես էլ արտախորհրդարանական բոլոր կուսակցություններին կոչ է անում մի կողմ դնել ներքաղաքական տարաձայնությունները, և ժամ առաջ, միասնական ուժերով, ձեռնամուխ լինել մեր Հայրենիքի և նրա սահմանների պաշտպանության սուրբ գործին: Հապաղելը և, առավել ևս, անլուրջ վերաբերմունքն ունենալու են կործանարար հետևանքներ ինչպես մեր Հայրենիքի, այնպես էլ մեր ազգի ապագայի համար, որի պատասխանատուն լինելու ենք բոլորս՝ անկախ մեր քաղաքական կամ գաղափարական տարաձայնություններից:
