Հայտնի է ավագանու անդամ Արման Անտոնյանին տան վրա հարձակված անձանցից մեկի ինքնությունը
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Նաիրիի քննչական բաժնում շարունակվում է Երևան քաղաքի ավագանու անդամ Արման Անտոնյանին և նրա պապին ծեծի ենթարկելու, նրանց նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու և բնակարանի անձեռնմխելիությունը խախտելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը:
Քննչական և այլ դատավարական գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև՝ ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների հետ համատեղ իրականացված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի՝ էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանցից մեկի ինքնությունը, որը Երևան քաղաքի 30-ամյա բնակիչ է:
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ 2021թ. օգոստոսի 1-ին՝ ժամը 01:00-ի սահմաններում, դիմակավորված երկու անձինք ապօրինի մուտք են գործել Ա.Անտոնյանի՝ Նոր Արտամետ համայնքում գտնվող բնակարան, հարձակվել նրա վրա, կտրող-ծակող և բութ առարկայով հարվածներ հասցրել վերջինիս կենսական կարևոր նշանակություն ունեցող օրգանների հատվածում և փորձել դիմել փախուստի, սակայն հանդիպելով Ա.Անտոնյանի՝ 87-ամյա պապի դիմադրությանը՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանցից մեկը կտրող-ծակող առարկայով հարվածներ էր հասցրել նաև տարեց տղամարդուն:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ որոշում է կայացվել՝ Երևան քաղաքի բնակչին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 118-րդ, 147-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 7-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին, և նրա նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում: Միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ վերջինիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորում ընտրելու վերաբերյալ:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու, օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննություն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
30-ամյա տղամարդուն հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ հանձնարարություններ են տրվել հետաքննության մարմնին: Ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած երկրորդ անձի ինքնությունը պարզելու, նրան հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ շարունակվում են իրականացվել անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումները:
