ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչը խոսել է հայ գերիների վերադարձի և նրանց դեմ շինծու դատավարությունների մասին
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱյսօր ՌԴ ԱԳՆ մամուլի և տեղեկատվության դեպարտամենտի փոխտնօրեն Ալեքսանդր Բիկանտովի՝ լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ընթացքում ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչն անդրադարձել է նաև Հայաստանի և Արցախի դեմ Ադրբեջանի սադրիչ գործողություններին:
Պատասխանելով հարցին, որ Բաքուն խոչընդոտում է հայ ուխտավորների և հոգևորականների մուտքը Դադիվանք, Բիկանտովը նշել է. «Մենք մշտապես ուշադրության կենտրոնում ենք պահում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մշակութային և պատմական ժառանգության պահպանության հարցը: Մենք այս թեման պարբերաբար քննարկում ենք ինչպես Բաքվի, այնպես էլ Երևանի հետ: Ռուս խաղաղապահներն ուղեկցում են Դադիվանք, Ամարաս և Գանձասար այցելող ուխտավորներին: Մենք աջակցում ենք տարածաշրջան ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ -ի առաքելության մուտքի կազմակերպմանը, որը կարող է տեղում գնահատել իրավիճակը: Խնդիրը նաև ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների տեսադաշտում է»:
Ալեքսանդր Բիկանտովը, անդրադառնալով հուլիսի 28 -ին ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի սադրանքներին և հայկական գյուղերի ուղղությամբ կրակոցներին, նշել է, որ ռուսական կողմը մտահոգված է հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի որոշ հատվածներում հաճախակիացած զինված միջադեպերով:
«Առավել մտահոգիչ է այն փաստը, որ այդ միջադեպերն ուղեկցվում են մարդկային զոհերով: Ցավոք, չնայած ձեռնարկված բոլոր քայլերին, լարվածությունը չի թուլանում: Կոչ ենք անում բոլոր կողմերին խուսափել իրավիճակը վատթարացնող ցանկացած գործողությունից․ խնդիրները հարկավոր է լուծել բացառապես քաղաքական և դիվանագիտական ճանապարհով», - ընդգծել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչը:
Բիկանտովը նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանը պատրաստ է աջակցություն տրամադրել նաև սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման համատեղ աշխատանքների մեկնարկի գործընթացում:
«Այս քայլերը, տարածաշրջանում տնտեսական և տրանսպորտային կապերի ապաշրջափակումը, ինչպես նաև միջհամայնքային երկխոսության խթանումը կնպաստեն, որպեսզի Անդրկովկասը դառնա կայունության և անվտանգության գոտի` Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների հայտարարություններին համապատասխան», - հավելել է դիվանագետը:
Հարցին, որ Բաքուն շարունակում է խախտել հրադադարի մասին եռակողմ հայտարարությունների դրույթները և շինծու մեղադրանքներ ներկայացնել Բաքվում պահվող հայ ռազմագերիներին, ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչը պատասխանել է.
«Ռուսաստանի դիրքորոշումը վաղուց հայտնի է, այն չի փոխվել: Այս հարցը մշտապես մեր վերահսկողության տակ է։ Շփումները շարունակվում են նաև երկու երկրների պաշտպանության նախարարությունների մակարդակով: Օգոստոսի 2 -ին ԼՂ -ում ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի հրամանատար, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Ռուստամ Մուրադովն աշխատանքային հանդիպումներ է ունեցել ադրբեջանական կողմի ներկայացուցիչների հետ»:
