Շոյգուն նոր առաջարկով է հանդես եկել
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌուսաստանի մայրաքաղաքը հարկավոր է տեղափոխել Սիբիր, եւ բացի այդ, Սիբիրում պետք է մինչեւ մեկ միլիոն բնակչությամբ հինգ քաղաք կառուցել։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի Պնախարար Սերգեյ Շոյգուն՝ Ռուսաստանի Գիտությունների ակադեմիայի Սիբիրի մասնաճյուղի գիտական հանրույթի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ։
Այդ քաղաքները, ըստ Շոյգուի, պետք է ունենան առնվազն 300-500 հազար բնակչություն, որոշակի արդյունաբերական ուղղվածություն ունենան։ Նա ափսոսանք է հայտնել, որ հիմա այնպիսի մասշտաբային ծրագրեր իրականացնել հնարավոր չէ, ինչպիսին Բայկալ-Ամուրյան մագիստրալը, Սիյանո-Շուշենսկի ՀԷԿ-ը եւ այլն։ Ռուսաստանի պաշտպանական ոլորտի նախարարը նկատել է, որ մարդիկ կարող են հիշել, թե խորհրդային քաղաքացիներն ինչ անկեղծությամբ էին գնում այդ մասշտաբային շինարարություններին մասնակցելու։
Նշենք, որ Շոյգուն այս գաղափարը առաջ է մղում դեռ 2012 թվականից, իսկ այս տարի արդեն Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը նշել է, որ մայրաքաղաքի փոփոխությունը ռեգիոնի խնդիրները չի լուծի անշուշտ, սակայն հնարավոր էր համարել այն, որ մի շարք խոշոր ընկերությունների գրասենյակներ եւ ֆեդերալ գերատեսչություններ հնարավոր է տեղափոխվեն Սիբիր։
