Օրենքով գող Յապոնչիկի ենթադրյալ սպանողը ձերբակալվել է
SOCIETYԱբխազիայում բերման են ենթարկել Աստամուր Բուտբային, ով մեղադրվում է օրենքով գող Յապոնչիկի` Վյաչեսլավ Իվանկովի սպանության մեջ: Այս մասին հայտնում է REN TV-ն:
Հեռուստաալիքի տվյալներով՝ մարտի 10-ին Սուխումում չորս զինված տղամարդ, այդ թվում՝ Յապոնչիկի ենթադրյալ սպանողը, հարձակվել են բանկի աշխատակիցների վրա և գողացել ավելի քան մեկ միլիոն ռուբլի: Անվտանգության աշխատակիցների հետ փոխհրաձգություն սկսելով՝ նրանք փախուստի են դիմել հանցագործության վայրից, սակայն շուտով ոստիկանները բերման են ենթարկել նրանց:
Հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Բոլոր կասկածյալները ձերբակալված են:
Ավելի վաղ դատարանը Յապոնչիկի սպանության գործով ամբաստանյալներից Կախա Գազաևին դատապարտել էր 14 տարվա ազատազրկման: Ըստ հետաքննության տվյալների` 2009 թ. հուլիսի 28-ին Կախա Գազաևը, Մուրթազի Շադանիան, Նուգզար Պապավան և Ջամբուլ Ջանաշիան ժամանել են «Тайский слон» ռեստորան: Երբ Իվանկովը դուրս էր գալիս հաստատությունից, նրան է մոտեցել «Գազելը», որից Աստամուր Բուտբան մի քանի անգամ կրակ է արձակել Յապոնչիկի ուղղությամբ: Օրենքով գողը մահացել է հիվանդանոցում 2009 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 9-ին:
Գազաևը, Շադանիան և Ջանաշիան կալանավորվել են, իսկ Սիմոնիան, Պապավան և Բուտբան փախել են հետաքննությունից և հայտնվել միջազգային հետախուզման մեջ:
