«ՌԴ-ն պատրաստ է օգնել ՀՀ ԶՈՒ արդիականացման գործում». Շոյգուն՝ Կարապետյանի հետ հանդիպմանը
POLITICSՌուսական ռազմական գերատեսչությունը պատրաստ է աջակցել հայկական զինված ուժերի արդիականացմանն ու բարեփոխմանը: Այս մասին չորեքշաբթի հայտարարել է ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարար Սերգեյ Շոյգուն՝ Մոսկվայում ողջունելով Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանին, գրում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
«Մենք շատ ենք կարևորում ռազմական ոլորտում մեր համագործակցության զարգացումը, ինչպես երկկողմ ձևաչափով, այնպես էլ ՀԱՊԿ շրջանակներում: Միևնույն ժամանակ, մենք պատրաստ ենք շարունակել աջակցել Հայաստանի զինված ուժերի բարեփոխումների ծրագրի իրականացմանը: Դա հեշտ գործ չէ, բայց ես կարծում եմ, որ ձեր փորձով դա հնարավոր կլինի», - ասել է Շոյգուն:
Նա նշել է, որ հանրապետության տարածքում է գտնվում 102 -րդ ռուսական ռազմակայանը, որը լավ հագեցած է և անվտանգության երաշխավորն է:
«Հայաստանն Անդրկովկասում անվտանգության ապահովման գործում Ռուսաստանի դաշնակիցն ու առանցքային գործընկերն է, և մենք չափազանց շահագրգռված ենք այս տարածաշրջանում կայունության պահպանմամբ», - հավելել է նախարարը:
Շոյգուն շնորհավորել է Կարապետյանին նշանակման կապակցությամբ՝ նշելով, որ այն տեղի է ունեցել «դժվար ժամանակաշրջանում, երբ երկրի պաշտպանական ոլորտը բարեփոխելու դժվարին խնդիրներ կան»:
Կարապետյանը, իր հերթին, երախտագիտություն է հայտնել Շոյգուին՝ Հայաստանի Զինված ուժերի մարտունակության վերականգնման, զորքերի վերազինման և պատրաստման օգնելու պատրաստակամության համար:
«Ռուսաստանը միակ պետությունն է, որն ապահովում է հայ ժողովրդի անվտանգության իսկապես շոշափելի արտադրանք և այսօր զբաղվում է անվտանգության հարցերով ոչ միայն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում, այլև անմիջականորեն Հայաստանի սահմաններում: Մենք պատրաստ ենք շատ սերտ և արդյունավետ համագործակցության»,-ասել է Կարապետյանը:
