«Տարածքներ նվաճելու միտք չունենք». Փաշինյանը պատրաստ է ուղիղ շփմամբ երկխոսություն սկսել
POLITICSՆիկոլ Փաշինյանը վստահեցնում է, որ Հայաստանը պատրաստ է ակտիվ երկխոսություն սկսել Ադրբեջանի հետ։
Հայաստանը տարածքներ նվաճելու որևէ մտադրություն չունի։ Այսօր կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ հայտարարեց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
Նա նշեց` սահմանակից երկրների հետ հարաբերությունների խորացումը կամ կարգավորումը կառավարության արտաքին քաղաքականության կարևոր ուղղություններից է լինելու։ Այս համատեքստում, ըստ վարչապետի, ցավոք, որոշ ուժեր փորձում են սխալ լույսի ներքո ներկայացնել Հայաստանի մտադրությունները` ասելով, որ ՀՀ—ն զինված ուժերում մ բարեփոխումներն առաջնահերթություն է հռչակել` սահմանակից երկրների նկատմամբ ագրեսիվ քաղաքականություն վարելու համատեքստում։ Փաշինյանը վստահեցնում է` ՀՀ–ն զինված ուժերը զարգացնելու և վերափոխելու է ոչ թե ագրեսիայի, այլ հնարավոր ագրեսիայից պաշտպանվելու համար։
«Մենք տարածքներ նվաճելու որևէ մտադրություն չունենք` մեր մտադրությունը մեր ինքնիշխանությունն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությունը պահպանելն է։ Մենք ագրեսիվ որևէ մտադրություն չունենք։ Մենք պատրաստ ենք ակտիվ երկխոսություն սկսել այս օրակարգի շուրջ միջազգային գործընկերների աջակցությամբ, ըստ անհրաժեշտության, նաև ուղիղ շփումների միջոցով»,–ասաց Փաշինյանը։
Վարչապետը նշեց նաև, որ թշնամության և թշնամանքի խորացումը տարածաշրջանում անթույլատրելի է` դա սպառնալիք է ոչ միայն տարածաշրջանի, այլև միջազգային անվտանգության համար։ Նրա խոսքով` թշնամության հաղթահարումը կարող է և պետք է դառնա մեր տարածաշրջանային արտաքին քաղաքականության օրակարգի կարևորագույն բաղադրիչներից մեկը։ Վարչապետն ասաց` ՀՀ–ն համոզված է` տարածաշրջանում երկարատև խաղաղության համար առանցքային են հարևան երկրների հետ բնականոն հարաբերությունների հաստատումը և/ կամ զարգացումը։
Նրա խոսքով` այս հարցերն առավել մանրամասն կքննարկվի կառավարության գործունեության 5-ամյա ծրագրի ընդունման ժամանակ։
