Պատվաստումից հրաժարվող անձինք ամսական 2 անգամ ՊՇՌ թեստ պետք է հանձնեն․ ԱՆ նախարար
POLITICS«Այն անձինք, ովքեր կհրաժարվեն պատվաստվելուց ամսական երկու անգամ ՊՇՌ թեստավորման արդյունք պետք է ներկայացնեն»։ Այս մասին կառավարության նիստից հետ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը, պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե ճիշտ են արդյո՞ք լուրերը, որ դպրոցների տնօրեններին, ուսուցիչներին, այլ հիմնարկների աշխատակիցներին ստիպում են պատվաստվել՝ սպառնալով ազատել աշխատանքից։
«Չեմ կարող ասել՝ ինչ լուրեր են և ինչ կոնկրետ դեպքերի են դրանք վերաբերում, բայց մենք, իսկապես, պատրաստվում ենք և արդեն իսկ մեր իրավական ակտերում որոշակի փոփոխություններ ենք մտցնում, որպեսզի այն անձինք, ովքեր չեն պատվաստվում, ամսական երկու անգամ ՊՇՌ թեստավորման արդյունք ներկայացնեն, որովհետև այսօր արդեն Քովիդի դրական դեպքերի կայուն աճ ենք արձանագրում», — ասաց նա։
Անահիտ Ավանեսյանն ասաց, որ այսօրվա թվերը ևս մտահոգիչ են և աշնանը սպասվում է դրական թվերի աճ։
Հարցին՝ այդ դեպքում չի՞ ստացվում, որ քաղաքացիներին անուղղակի ձևով պարտադրում են պատվաստվել, նախարարը նշեց, որ կորոնավիրուսը լուրջ մարտահրավեր և անտեսանելի պատերազմ է։
Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը նշեց, որ մտավախություն ունեն հետագայում ալիքի բարձրացման և որպես պետություն ամեն ինչ պետք է անեն քաղաքացիներին պաշտպանելու համար։
«Այդ գործիքակազմի մեջ օգտվելու ենք նման սահմանափակումներից, որովհետև այս պարագայում կոնկրետ անձի առողջությունից բացի խնդիր ունենք հանրային լուրջ առողջապահական մարտահրավերի հետ, ուստի օրենքի շրջանակներում, իրավական ակտերով սահմանվելու պարագայում անելու ենք ամեն ինչ, որ քաղաքացիները պատվաստվեն, ինչն այս պահին ամենագործուն միջոցն է պայքարելու կորոնավիրուսի դեմ»,-հավելեց Անահիտ Ավանեսյանը։
Դիտարկմանը, որ կան մարդիկ, որոնք ունեն հիվանդություններ և պատվաստվելը հակացուցված է, սակայն աշխատում են որևէ կառույցում, սա նրանց իրավունքների ոտնահարում չէ՞, Անահիտ Ավանեսյանն ասաց, որ դա հասկանում են և այն անձինք, որոնք պատվաստման հետ կապված կոնկրետ հակացուցում կունենան, նրանց նկատմամբ նման պահանջ չի կիրառվի։
