VIDEOԲնական ռեսուրսները, հատկապես մետաղական ռեսուրսները մեր երկրի գլխավոր հարստություններից են և արդի աշխարհում չենք կարող այդ ռեսուրսները չօգտագործել մեր տնտեսական հզորությունը մեծացնելու համար, բայց կարևոր է նաև բնապահպանական, անվտանգային մի շարք հարցեր: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ընթացքում, անդրադառնալով Ամուլսարի շահագործման հարցին, ասաց ՏԿԵ նախարար Գնել Սանոսյանը:
Հարցին՝ վարչապետի կողմից ստորագրվելիք փաստաթղթի դեպքում M4 ճանապարհահատվածի զգալի հատվածի՝ Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ անցնելու պարագայում կա՞ արդյոք հանձնարարական այլընտանքային ճանապարհ ունենալու, Սանոսյանը բացասական պատասխան տվեց:
Ինչ վերաբերում է տարածաշրջանային կոմունիկացիաների ապաշրջափական վերաբերյալ վարչապետի այսօրվա ելույթին, Սանոսյանը նշեց.
«Տրանսպորտային ուղիների ապաշրջափակումը վերաբերում է 2 երկրներին: Առանց ենթակառուցվածքների կառուցման հնարավոր չէ ունենալ ապաշրջափակում: Ունենք հատվածներ, որտեղ երկաթուղու նախկին ցանցը չկա և պետք է նորը կառուցվի: Երկաթուղին անցնելու է Նախիջևանով, Մեղրիով, խորհրդային տարիներին եղել է նաև Իջևանի ուղղությամբ, տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն լինելու դեպքում ենթադրաբար Իջևանով էլ կարող է անցնել»:
Լրագրողների հարցին՝ դեմարկացիայի և դելիմիտացիայի արդյունքում ունենաո՞ւ ենք արդյոք նոր տարածքային զիջումներ, Սանոսյցանը ասաց.
«Դեմարկացիա և դելիմիտացիա կոչվող երևույթը բավականին երկար տևող երևույթ է և չգիտես ինչու խոսում ենք զիջումների մասին, բայց չենք խոսում նրա մասին, որ դրա արդյունքում կարող է մեր որոշ տարածքներ վերադարձվել մեզ: Մենք խոսում ենք բոլոր տարածքների մասին, բացի Արծվաշենից, ես առաջինը Արծվաշենի մասին կխոսեի: Ինչու է թվում, թե Արծվաշենի մասին կարելի է խոսել, իսկ Տիգրանաշենի մասին՝ ոչ»,- ասաց ՏԿԵ նախարար Գնել Սանոսյանը:
