IDBank объявляет о следующей̆ образовательной̆ программе. Итак, запущена очередная программа IDBank-а IDream, которая на этот раз разработана специально для обучения сотрудников центра звонков. Цель программы - предоставить участникам возможность получить теоретические знания в финансово-банковской̆ сфере, развить навыки, необходимые начинающему сотруднику в банковском секторе, познакомиться с деятельностью и корпоративной̆ культурой̆ IDBank-а. В завершение программы лучшие из участников пополнят вакансии начинающих специалистов в IDBank-е.

Для участия в программе IDream Online необходимо лишь соответствовать следующим критериям:

  • быть студентом 4-го курса бакалавриата или 1-го и 2-го курсов магистратуры или выпускником 2021 года,
  • иметь хорошую успеваемость,
  • иметь экономическую или финансовою специализацию,
  • знание иностранных языков /русский̆, английский̆/.
  • иметь коммуникационные навыки,
  • умение проявлять инициативу, используя творческие и новаторские идеи.

Заявки принимаются до 22 августа сего года.
