Գիտնականները բացահայտել են երեխաների համար կորոնավիրուսի վտանգավոր հետեւանքի մեխանիզմը
SOCIETYՄաունթ Սինայ բժշկական կենտրոնի գիտնականները բացահայտել են երեխաների համար կորոնավիրուսի հազվադեպ, բայց մահացու վտանգավոր հետեւանքի մեխանիզմը։ Խոսքը բազմահամակարգային բորբոքային համախտանիշի կամ MIS-C-ի մասին է։
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է MedicalXpress-ը, նոր հետազոտության հեղինակները ուսումնասիրել են COVID-19 ունեցող պացիենտների արյան նմուշներից արտազատված ՌՆԹ-ն։ Նրանք հայտնաբերել են, որ MIS-C ունեցող երեխաների մոտ ճնշվում են իմունային համակարգի սպեցիֆիկ բջիջները, որոնք պայքարում են վարակների դեմ, եւ դա կապված է կայուն բորբոքային պատասխանի հետ կորոնավիրուսի դեպքում։
Կորոնավիրուսի համավարակի սկզբից ԱՄՆ-ում գրանցվել է MIS-C-ի ավելի քան 2600 դեպք։ Չնայած որպես հիմնական պատճառ ենթադրվում էր աուտոիմունային հիվանդությունը, այդ վիճակի ժամանակ գործի դրված կոնկրետ գեները, բջիջների ուղիներն ու տեսակները մնում են անհայտ։
Գիտնականները որոշել են գենային ցանցերը, որոնք մասնակցում են MIS-C-ին, եւ պարզել, որ տեղի է ունենում երկու տեսակի իմունային բջիջների ճնշում՝ բնական քիլերներ (NK) եւ Т-բջիջներ CD8+։
Նշենք, որ MIS-C-ը վտանգավոր համախտանիշ է, որը բնութագրվում է տենդով, շատ օրգանների ցավով եւ բորբոքմամբ, ներառյալ սիրտը, թոքերը, երիկամները, մաշկը, աչքերը կամ աղեստամոքսային տրակտը։
