«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ազգային ժողովում երեկ ավարտվեց մշտական հանձնաժողովների նախագահների ընտրությունը: Օրակարգային մյուս հարցերն են կառավարության կառուցվածքն ու ծրագիրը: Չնայած երկու նախագծերն էլ դեռեւս շրջանառության մեջ չեն դրվել, սակայն «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը որոշակի մանրամասների տեղյակ է:

Ինչպես հայտնի է, ստեղծվելու է Ներքին գործերի նախարարություն՝ նոր լիազորություններով, եւ այնտեղ որպես փոխնախարար կգործուղվի նախկին պատգամավոր Հակոբ Սիմիդյանը: Մյուս փոփոխությունը վերաբերելու է փոխվարչապետերից մեկի լիազորություններին, եւ տարածքային կառավարման ամբողջ ոլորտն այսուհետ կլինի փոխվարչապետ Սուրեն Պապիկյանի ղեկավարման տակ, որն ավելի փորձառու է այդ ոլորտում: Իսկ, ահա, կառավարության ծրագրի վերաբերյալ գործադիրի դեռ նախորդ նիստին խոսել էր ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Նա առաջարկել է, որ ծրագիրը հիմնված լինի «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության նախընտրական ծրագրի վրա:

Մինչ այս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած նախորդ կառավարությունները 2 այդպիսի ծրագիր արդեն ներկայացրել են, սակայն սխալված չենք լինի, եթե ասենք, որ երկուսն էլ տապալվել են: Դեռ 2018 թվականի մայիսին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը միլիարդների ներդրումներ էր խոստացել իր ընտրվելու պարագայում, սակայն հեղափոխությունից հետո ներդրումների ոչ միայն թռիչքաձեւ աճ չունեցանք, այլեւ դրանք նվազեցին՝ կազմելով 117 մլն դոլար՝ արձանագրելով 2003 թվականից ի վեր ամենացածր արդյունքը։

Մեկ շնչին ընկնող ՀՆԱ-ն 2018-2020թթ. գրեթե չի ավելացել։ Եթե 2018թ. 1 շնչին ընկնող ՀՆԱ-ն 4188 դոլար էր, ապա 2020թ. դարձել է հազիվ 4269 դոլար. աճել է ընդամենը 1,9 տոկոսով։ Տեսնենք՝ այս անգամ ինչ են խոստանալու իշխանությունները:
